I want to make sure something like this doesn't happen to other people. During a time of unemployment or right before I took out a small pay day loan. Because it took me about 6 months to find another job I was unable to pay the pay day loan company timely payments. They sent my account to Robinson, Hoover and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. To date, I have paid {$1300.00} on an account I owed {$400.00}. Mr. XXXX said it was because of " attorneys fees ''. They also tried to go directly into my bank account without authorization and the money was not there either. The last phone call I had with him was today because he sent out the 4th garnishment to my new job and they had planned to take out over {$600.00} out of my next paycheck. When I disputed this with Mr. XXXX he said he would send my employer and updated fax stating I only owed {$300.00} and the account would be paid in full bringing my total expenses for a {$400.00} loan to {$1600.00}. I am not quite sure how they get away with doing this to people but it sure doesn't seem right. I plan on paying the {$300.00} so I do not have to be further humiliated by the tactics of this Attorney 's office. I hope you can find something wrong with this and turn them in for some kind of fraud against poor people such as myself who can not afford to pay off a debt all at once. The more payments I made the more the attorney 's fees stacked up. In total I was charged {$740.00} in attorneys fees. Do you really thing someone I owed {$400.00} to would pay an additional {$740.00} just to get what I had already paid them? I do not.

This complaint is in regards to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, IN XXXX Phone - XXXX XXXX : ( XXXX ) XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed a judgement again me in the State of Kansas in the district court of XXXX County Kansas - Case # XXXX. Garnishment total {$14000.00} I never received any knowledge of this action until I was approached with garnishment by my employer. For the past year my checks have been garnished biweekly for a total payment of over {$7000.00}. With all my payments this past year my new balance is {$8900.00}.
On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed another judgement for the same auto loan in the State of Oklahoma in the District Court of XXXX County - Case # XXXX. Now they are seeking additional interest for a total garnishment of {$20000.00} Both garnishments have been sent to my employer. This is beyond harassment. They are malicious. How can they have 2 judgements against me for the same auto loan??? I have already been charged once and I have been paying? Why are they seeking more money. This is illegal. They can't do this. I am contacting a litigation attorney to bring harassment charges and to have the judgements dismissed for malicious intent to obtain unlawful action against me and to get additional money not owed to them.

On XX/XX/2021 I checked my check stub to verify my pay for the pay period. I noticed a wage garnishment in the amount of {$320.00} from my pay. I have no idea where this is coming from. I contacted my HR department because I was told that both the creditor and my company was supposed to inform me of the garnishment. I never received a letter from either my employer or the creditor. Upon further review the outsourcing company that handles my employer 's pay attached information of the creditor. I have no knowledge of this creditor. The original creditor is not on my credit report and I have no idea what this debt is for. I believe the attorneys office of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX falsified documentation in order to get a judgement from the court. I have personally never lived in XXXX XXXX, Ok and I haven't lived in the state of Oklahoma in over 4 years. Legally the law firm of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had the responsibility to contact me about the attempt to collect the supposed debt. This garnishment is not legal as I was not notified of the judgment and have no knowledge of the debt.

i lost my home to a house fire so the address that they served to was a complte loss this bill should be covered under soonercare contacted the attorney about a subpena dated XX/XX/XXXX that i recieved in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX called the hospital saw the error they told me it would be fixed and saturday XXXX XXXX i recieved a statement saying they rendered a judgement but i was never iven the oppertunity of a court date further more the hospital saw the error and said it would be fixed but this XXXX said dhe cared nothering about the home burning that all she cares is that i was served in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and they were going to garnish wages and sue me for a bill that should be covered instead of garnish the wages i should have been allowed to show proof of covereage then she threatened i will pay attorney fees as well as not be compensated for funds fradulently withdrawn from my payroll sooner care will pay the bill so i dont understand why i have to be sued or at east not given oppertunity to go for soonercare myself

I had a car repossessed in 2017, willfully handed the keys over, and for 7 years never received a service or notification to appear in court to dispute the debt, and over 7 years later, my bank account was garnished and frozen. The original debt of around XXXX dollars has now became XXXX, and I was never notified. Whenever I called them to work a pay agreement, the representative for the company, Robinson HooveXXXX XXXX XXXX, refused to set up arrangements and harassed me about my workplace location, threatening to garnish my checks next, and threatened to go to my employer and talk to them.
