This is continuation from last year XXXX complaint against RAV as XXXX XXXX hasnt resolved or attempted to resolve this matter.
Myself or anybody else cant live in XXXX XXXX XXXX due to XXXX not fixing the roof leaks from XXXX on. The property has been vacant since XXXX wont fix the roof. The roof currently still leaks. RAV illegally tried to pursue foreclosure on my property in XXXX because I refuse to pay XXXX $ plumbing fees in XX/XX/XXXX because the handymen sent out were not licensed plumbers. I disputed the XXXX XXXX RAV in turn requested XXXX $ ( 2nd collection letter ) or they would foreclose on my townhouse. I filed a complaint with XXXX in XXXX & they found in their investigation that the handymen that came out were in fact not licensed plumbers per TX state law & per their investigation the other XXXX board members all stated that the president was the person whom sent these people out to my home. We had to pay XXXX $ to an actual licensed plumber to fix the sewage back up the handymen didnt fix outside the townhouse coming inside. XXXX president was accessed administrative penalty for illegally sending a unlicensed handyman out as a licensed plumber in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX called me several times, advised me he would investigate my dispute & then he would remove all the illegitimate plumber related charges. He said he would remove plumber related charges. He has done nothing but put my account on hold over a year now & I have to constantly ask him when hes removing the plumber related charges. I paid for attorney to send him demand letter XXXX & he absolutely refuses to respond in writing back to the attorney what we discussed for over a year now. Hes basically stalling ( been over a year now ) & hes tried to pawn it off on the new property management- which has nothing to do with this, XXXX XXXX refers me to RAV as they were not property management when all this happened. However, the same XXXX board member was present since XXXX. XXXX XXXX claims my account isnt in collections ( I sent you the current statement that it is ). XXXX XXXX hasnt tried to resolved anything, hasnt removed the charges off my account which remains in collections still from my previous complaint with cfpb- please review. XXXX XXXX is trying to say I agreed to placing the charges on hold indefinitely, I did not agree to that.. simply isnt true. I agreed to XXXX XXXX reviewing the account & then removing all the plumbing related charges as we discussed on the phone. XXXX XXXX also states now that the handyman was licensed.which isnt true I have spoke with XXXX manager and have a letter from XXXX stating that XXXX XXXX was fined because 3 other members singled her out as the responsible party for illegally sending out unlicensed plumbers to work on my unit & charging me for it. That was the states decision- not mines.
XXXX XXXX also threatened me with cease & desist email insinuating I was a liar & that couldnt file any complaints with federal agencys. XXXX should consult with his client for the facts. XXXX XXXX wont even provide me a statement without charging me additional on XXXX account for the statements- however XXXX XXXX says RAV provides the statements- they have nothing to do with previous charges from attorney- nor do they remove them. I havent had account statement on XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX??? Were do they do that at? At RAV.
