I began to work on my credit in XXXX and noticed that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX was reporting an account from a previous lease at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Michigan. I moved out and after a shooting occurred that caused damage to my apartment. I requested that the repairs to the property be made directly after this incident. It took the property management nearly two months after the incident to make repairs. This did not happen until nearly XXXX of XXXX. At that time due to personal safety, health, and mental health concerns, I left the property and gave notification in XXXX. I allowed an appropriate time for resolution and repairs. Because the property management failed to provide a " safe '' and " inhabitable '' living space, I gave written notice of my wish to terminate my lease. It was only AFTER I submitted this written request that repairs were performed 3 days later.
Their failure to make the space " safe '' after a shooting, as well as " inhabitable '' after the shooting in a timely manner is a CLEAR violation of the Michigan Landlord and Tenant Rights. Because of this violation, I demand that my previous lease be broken without any financial and/or credit worthiness penalty to me. And removed from ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES.

RMF Asset Management , LLC is debt collector, who filed a lawsuit against me on XX/XX/2022, I first found out of this lawsuit in XX/XX/2022 after being served with a summons and complaint. I never received from the debt collector a validation letter, that would state the amount of the debt, that I could dispute the debt or who the original creditor was, as required pursuant to 1692g of the FDCPA. I responded to the lawsuit filed against me on XX/XX/2022 and the case is now in litigation.
