On XX/XX/2023, Robert Morgan Group illegally charged my debit card without receiving my authorization to do so. On XXXX, Robert Morgan Group illegally charged my debit card without receiving my authorization to do so and violated the payment arrangement that was signed by both parties. Payments are to be authorized by myself and the payment date is the XXXX of each month. As stated in the pictures I have attached, both unauthorized payments were made at XXXX. No calls were received.
