I am writing to delete the following information in my file. The items I need deleted are listed in the report.
I ask that the items be deleted to correct my credit report. These creditors have reached out to me through letters even after cease and desist were told. Also if my information is sold to a collection agency without my consent this should not be reporting on my credit report. It has been more than 30 days since these disputes have been filed. I am unable to attain a home or get any credit because of these inaccuracies on my credit report.
These accounts also were not finance charges. Only finance charges by law should be reflecting on my credit report.
I would also like to receive damages for being homeless because of lack of credit because the bureaus report inaccurate information.
