As of today, XX/XX/2021 I received a notification on my credit file that a company by the name of RMA Credit placed a balance in the amount of {$1100.00} on my XXXX credit report.
I am not aware as to whom this company is, neither am I aware of the services that this company offers. This same company has attempted to place this information on my credit report and I had to bare through the pain to go through the hassle to get the information deleted from my report, due to me NOT having any information associated with this company. I have not ever applied for anything with this company and once again, I am unaware of the services that are offered and would not recommend that anyone deal with this company in any type of manner.

This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that RMA CREDIT ASSOCIATED has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask your be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. RETAIL MANAGEMENT ASSOC. a debt collection reported three medical bills on my credit. This agency is not licensed nor bonded to collect in my state. They should not be reporting anything on my credit.
I have medical insurance that is paid and I met all of my deductibles. My insurance stated that they paid the claim.
I sent for verification of this debt and they won't send me anything RETAIL MANAGEMENT ASSOC. took one emergency room visit and broke the charges down to make it look like several different visits. They also changed the dates This agency is illegal and need to be stopped

After noticing the debt on my credit report, I sent a Debt validation letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX. A request was made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( 6 ) of the FDCPA. As stated in the law, XXXX XXXX XXXX did not cease collection activities, in fact, they continued reporting to the credit bureau. To date, I have not received a letter or phone call from the XXXX XXXX XXXX or any attempts by the debt collector to validate the debt they believe I owe. It has been more than several months since they placed the debt on my credit report and More than 1 month since I requested validation.

I need them to produce a sign contract between me a nd RMA cred it associated baring my signatures and theirs showing that we have a contract or that I owe them money.
