I purchased a total of {$500.00} US Ripple XRP 'S in XX/XX/2013 From Ripple Labs Inc. in XXXX XXXX, Ca. They were purchased with funds from my personal bank account through XXXX and placed into a Ripple 's Wallet : there were two or three transactions. It amounted to approximately XXXX Ripple XRP 's. XXXX credited extra Ripples for using their service.
I was never notified of any changes and trusted this company explicitly to store my funds and be accountable. During the Spring of last year I found that the Ripple Wallet no longer existed. They directed Ripple XRP wallet holders to a new Wallet. It was located overseas, I believe : called XXXX. They permanently shut their old Ripple wallet site down.
I have followed all the instructions Ripple gave me on their website and have set up a XXXX Wallet. The migration directions do not work for me. I receive an error message that states my username does not exist. It should exist.
An instructional e-mail stated I should use my secret key, which I have kept secured. I used the secret key as directed. I received an error message stating my secret key was invalid. My secret key should be valid. I never took any Ripples out. My Ripple wallet was never closed.
Could you please assist me in receiving the Ripple XRP 's that I purchased in 2013. I will be happy to provide my username and password or the secret key or any relevant e-mails I have received from Ripple or XXXX regarding these transactions.
Ripple has no way to communicate with customers with the exception of e-mail that does not answer the question as to what happened to my Ripple XRP 's.
Please help me resolve this matter.
Thank you!
