Right key mortgage almost made us lose money invested into a house, including inspection, appraisal, and FHA repairs worth over {$3000.00}. They wanted us to bring an additional {$10000.00} to closing at last minute- two weeks prior to closing. They neglected our process and then towards to end were not able to close ; forcing us to switch companies entirely. Once this happened, someone on their end called our new company and disclosed my personal information with the sellers agent in orders to affect out closing. Luckily we still got the house after a nightmare of a process. Very unhappy with their lack of professionalism and how they disclosed my personal information without my consent.
