I would like to dispute the amount owed to Richard B. Maner, P, C, whom is acting as a debt collector attempting to collect a debt as representative of XXXX XXXX XXXX I would like Richard B. Maner to present to me proof of their legal right to collect this debt. I would also like proof of the true amount owed as well as where this debt originated from. I would like to know why I can not direct contact with the correct decision makers on this loan, not the middlemen. I would like a chance to workout a settlement to this loan and request that the foreclosure date that is set for XXXX XXXX XXXX be postponed or cancelled. This Law Firm works hand in hand with XXXX XXXX whom has thousands of complaints about there unfair tactics on this site alone.

I had a second mortgage that with XXXX XXXX I filed Chapter XXXX bankruptcy several years ago and included them in my bankruptcy the debt was discharged. The mortgage loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have set a property foreclosure sale for my property for the loan that was included in my bankrupty. My 1st m ortgage is with XXXX Mortgage and they were not notified of this sale nor did I receive notice of the property foreclosure sale. It is a mismeador in the State of Tennessee to move forward with a property foreclosure sale without giving the appropriate 30 no tice that is required by law. Also you can not collect on a debt that was included in a chapter XXXX bankruptcy and discharged.

My home was foreclosed XXXX/XXXX/2017 by the second mortgage holder. The first mortgage is currently with XXXX mortgage balance {$270000.00}. I 've spoken with XXXX and they were not notified other the property foreclosure sale and they are the 1st Mortgage Holder. I also did n't receive the appropriate 30 day notice that is required by Tennessee Code Annotated for the state of Tennessee.
