IN XXXX after filing for bankruptcy due to a divorce. I got a auto offer letter from a dealership stating that I could be approved, after obtaining the auto, the rates and fees just became unbearable, the company repossessed my auto in XXXX after making payments for almost three years. This has been on my credit report as a repossession since then. After working to build my credit score back up, I noticed a inquiry that I did n't make from a company I did n't recognize, after review it was COCC, the people who had repossessed my car. they now have a new name and say I still owed over XXXX on this car that was repossessed almost three years ago. On my equifax and transunion it now shows up a current repossession under the company 's new name and also shows up under the old name as a repossession form three years ago. my credit score has dropped over XXXX points due to reflecting XXXX repos, can the same company report that information twice or should it be updated, and this company is pulling hard inquiries on a weekly basis now. I do n't know what to do, I need help with this.

XX/XX/2022 Tracir Finance Employee called me regarding payment loan. I informed her I made car payment however she did not see it on her end. After 5 mins she found payment. Employee ask when was I making my next payment ( I informed her next week ). Employee ask for a specific day ( I informed employee I did not have a specific day ) Employee Do you want to keep your car You are considered for repo I immediately got upset and we began to argue before I hung up on employee. I called tracir to report the woman got hung up 2 times. I called 3rd time spoke with XXXX who said he will Get IT to pull the call. Still waiting to hear back

On XX/XX/2018 XXXX contacted my husband regarding my car payment advising him that I had a payment due and telling him that well she had a payment returned, one payment was 30 days late and this payment is about to be 30 days late ... he asked her why she was contacting him, she said because I cant get in contact with her well she only called once and I am at work. First of all I dont know how she got his information second of all you shouldnt be calling and giving him any information regarding my account and what happen on my account. He gave me details of what happen on my account. This shouldnt be happening.

I filed bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX against central ohio credit union. It is showing 3 times on my credit report and I am being dinged several times on this matter. I have filed a dispute with XXXX. and XXXX. They still have n't done anything. I was understanding that it would wipe my credit clean. According to my credit report it showing on XX/XX/XXXX as opened, XX/XX/XXXX as opened And XX/XX/XXXX it says closed due to chapter XXXX bankruptcy. I feel as though I am getting marks against me XXXX times and I was at the understanding that it would be wiped off completely.

In 2013, I had a car repossessed. The car was sold and the debt was paid. Today I got a notice that on my credit report there was a new repossession with a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX the original XXXX that was settled 3 years ago and has been reflecting on my report as a repossession was Central Ohio Credit Corp. I do n't have a " new repossession '' this took my credit score down XXXX points and they also made a hard inquiry on my report that I did n't authorize. This information is not accurate.
