The week of XX/XX/XXXX, my father and I called the companys number ( XXXX ) XXXX. We settled on making a {$200.00} payment after a lot of frustrating back and forth and constantly being interrupted. My dad read the man his card information and he repeated it back to my dad. My dad confirmed that was correct, and he asked for them to send a confirmation email to my email once the transaction processed. It never went through. I never got an email.
I have continued getting calls from this company with different representatives. A few weeks ago I kept getting multiple calls in a row saying that the loan I applied for was approved. I never applied for a loan. More recently, they have threatened to call my employer.

I revoked my ach payments authorization and told them not to take any further payments from my account. This was in XX/XX/XXXX. They continue to take payments from my account. The payments I catch I have called my bank and disputed. They last few times they r drawing checks from my account. My bank told me they couldn't do a dispute on them. I just had another drawn yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I have rries ro keep a small balance in my bank account so sometimes they are returned, but other times they r note. U have asked them several times to not take further payments, but they continue.
