I had a personal loan with RGV Loans located in XXXX, TX. We are currently going thru a pandemic and fell behind on payments XXXX XX/XX/2020 XXXX since our household went down to one income instead of two. They would not work with me in any manner, instead they filed a lawsuit against me. I have recently been making payments of {$200.00} which is more than my payment amount. XXXX XX/XX/2020 ) They are expecting me to make a payment every week which is impossible considering the situation i'm currently in. But they keep harassing me at work calling at least twice a day, I have already gotten in trouble at work. Not denying what I owe and i'm really trying to pay but can only make a payment once a month not every week like they expect. I try to tell them and they are not understanding at all. I can not afford to lose my job due to them harassing me.
