In XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX my hospital submitted charges for services performed by an XXXX, resulting in insurance paying as out-of-network. Hospital has been repeatedly billing me for the portion which which would have been paid by insurance if claim had been submitted properly.
I personally visited hospital billing office, made phone calls and sent them a letter advising of dispute. At XXXX point they said they would stop billing for those charges but they recently resumed and then turned the charges over to a collection agency.
Last week ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I received a call from the collection agency. I tried to inform the caller that those were disputed charges for physician services being charged by a hospital, but he interrupted me shouting that we had discussed this before and the billing was for hospital charges not physician services. His statements were not true. We had not discussed it before, and the charges are for physician services.
I called the hospital customer service number and after placing me on hold while consulting with billing, they told me that XXXX of the charges should not have been submitted to the collection company and they were withdrawing that XXXX for now but may re-submit it at a later date. The other charge remains with the collection agency. I have advised the collection agency in writing that the charges are disputed.
I have paid all of my legal obligations to that hospital. The only charges I refuse to pay are the ones that resulted from them billing incorrectly for physician services, resulting in insurance not paying as in-network.
I was being treated there last year for XXXX and am now being treated elsewhere. The incessant billing, and now the abusive phone collection attempt, is increasing unmanageable stress to a level that I believe is harmful to my health and is interfering with my recovery.

This account had originally been around {$4000.00} (? ). My husband had been helping with this payment for while at an agreed upon {$150.00} every month. He then stopped helping me and we do not share an account so I do not have access to any money other than what I receive from XXXX ; which is n't enough to pay my bills. I have not been able to work since XXXX 2011 due to multiple debilitating health issues including XXXX. I tried to explain this situation to the hospital via phone and in writing. I continued to make payments albeit not every month, but I told them I could pay a much smaller amount then the {$150.00}. I expressed that I was concerned about the situation and that I wanted to pay it off so they could receive what was owed and I could protect my credit. After my last note to them I never heard anything for months. I was n't sure what was going on and I suppose I optimistically and foolishly hoped that perhaps they wrote the account off since at least XXXX had been paid and also due to the difficulty of my situation. I had testing done the other day at the hospital and while scheduling this over the phone this was mentioned. I attempted to explain the situation again and was told I could set up plans to make a new payment plan. Instead, I found out through XXXX XXXX that I had been turned over to collections. I do n't really fair this was fair as I was trying to work with them, but could n't afford to pay what they wanted to my financial, marital, and health situation. I did not see any notice indicating I was being turned over to collections. and this was going on my report.

Upon recently checking my credit reports I noticed a medical collection by RevSolve for the amount of {$650.00}. I immediately contacted original creditor and was informed that the original debt in question was for treatment for my daughter however her insurance covered the debt. I then disputed with credit bureau to have Revsolve remove the debt, however, Revsolve allegedly " verified '' the debt. I then called XXXX Hospital in regards to the collection activities and was notified that the debt has been paid and request has been submitted to Revsolve for removal of the account. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as the company has not removed the collection. Revsolve rep responded with a request for an indefinite HIPAA disclosure ( Release of Information ) to be signed by me. I refused the request stating that I would not authorize the disclosure of information I never authorized them to possess in the first place. They did n't request my authorization when they reported to the credit bureaus either. However, Revsolve has not responded and the account is still on my credit report as of today.

I have medical debt that I incurred in XXXX 2011. I have been making regular payments for past 4+ years via checks. Last year the mail was undelivered as the address was invalid. I did n't receive any communication from the Collection Agency about address change. As a result I missed few payments and this debt was posted on my credit history. I spoke to the collection agency yesterday and they told me that I have to pay this debt in full to have it removed from my credit history. They collected all my financial information and it was evident that I could n't pay this in two months as they suggested.
This is clearly the case of harassment as they are using this opportunity to accelerate the payoff. If I was informed of the address change then I 'd have not let payments lapse.

The company that called is revsolve inc.. The number is XXXX.. They have been harassing my personal cell number which is a do not call number. Secondly both the Representative and supervisor would not acknowledge that it was a debt collector, or.explain what there company but give me there company name.XXXX they were trying to obtain the debt. I spoke to them many times, to have my number removed from their call list. The person they 're asking for, which they gave me their information, does not have this number. I 'm not aware of all the laws, but I 'm pretty sure if you 're trying to collect a debt you have to be notified of that. Secondly I 'm assuming it 's not good practice to have a debt collector call your personal cell phone. I hope this gets resolved, and I hope the FTC or some other government agency can look into their bad practices. Thank you

I have informed both Credit Reporting Agencies on XX/XX/XXXX of the inaccuracies and have asked them to have the Collection companies remove them from my report. I explained how I had medical insurance at the time and the insurance company paid 90 % of the bills. However, they refused to pay these smaller bills claiming I had secondary insurance ( which was inaccurate ) Now, out of the 2 I sent into XXXX regarding XXXX XXXX reporting have been addressed but only 1 was removed.
Plus, my other complaint is by filing a complaint/request with XXXX they have lowered my score by over XXXX points. I do not understand as if anything my score should be going up as nothing negative has been added and 1 negative item was removed.

The debt was the result of a Dr. who had performed an XXXX on me by billing the wrong Insurance Company. The service was performed through XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Oregon - Patients check into an ADMIN office who gather all insurance info. This info is then distributed to individuals doctors. Once I was aware of the error ( which I had absolutely no control over ) I gave them the corrected insurance info, my insurance was billed and debt was paid in full. Revsolve Inc refused to remove from my credit report. Administrator for doctor ( who may have been covering her own error ) also refused to help. Bottom line is this bill was properly paid, should have never been a debt collection, debt collector was given all the information proving payment and still refused to remove from my credit report.

I called into this medical debt collector to pay a medical debt for my wife 's credit which we did n't know it was n't paid for & paid it in full. They start telling me that I ( the husband ) had XXXX accounts that was n't paid started demanding that I pay all these accounts with no info of account # 's nor having said the option to see or dispute the debts that was in?. I had no info nor this was n't on my credit report of any of these debts. After having an 1 hour phone call dictating & me trying to get info on these account, they refuse to provide & they went & put this back on the all XXXX credit bureau 's after I had an attorney look over this & they removed these because they were in?.

I owe {$3000.00} to a hospital. I sent a small pymt. Then they sent me to collections. I sent a payment on XXXX XXXX they cashed it. They have called every day sometimes several times a day even on the day they cashed my payment! I sleep during the day because I work night s. They keep calling and disturbing my sleep. When I call to ask them to stop especially since I just sent a payment and they 're disturbing my sleep they say " man that 's fine but we can still call you! " if like to file a complaint. I believe that this debt collector illegally altered my information so that I would owe a debt collections company I do not owe.
Or they may have contacted my original creditor and asked to have me make payments to them. This debt collections company is reporting to the credit bureau that I am delinquent and I have not paid my debt to my original creditor when I have proof of payment to my original creditor. They started to call me one day and said the name of the person they where looking for and I told them many times I don't know who the person is they're looking for nor have they ever lived at this address with this number. Now they call me several times a week. Every time they call it's a different person from the same number asking about this person and I keep telling them the same thing. The collection agency did n't make any attempt to contact me and posted the debt directly on my credit history. I received a statement from RevSolve Collection Agency onXX/XX/XXXX for {$60.00} in reference to XXXX Urgent Care Services. I emailed then a notice to validate the alleged debt as I was certain I owed them nothing. I received a statement from ResOlve dated XX/XX/XXXXwith a statement stating I owed {$60.00} and a statement validating that my balance to XXXX Urgent Care is XXXX. They keep calling me and have been using different numbers over the last few months and I've been reporting them to this website.
