Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C . 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. XXXX XXXX bal. {$120.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. There has been a bunch misrepresentation and misleading and inaccurate information provided to me by this company regarding my loan. I took out a {$700.00} in XX/XX/2022. The payment schedule shows 18 payments of {$73.00} and a final payment on XXXX in the amount of {$72.00}. On XXXX the auto drafter {$73.00}, this differs from the agreed upon amounts. Each time I have called on this loan in the last 3 months I have been with someone new named XXXX. I called and spoke to him on XX/XX/XXXX and in XXXX, I believe on XX/XX/XXXX to discuss how many payments I had left on this account. He told me in XXXX that my balance was {$210.00} and that I had one payment left of {$73.00} on XXXX. I asked 3x then why is my balance is higher, he said oh its because two payments haven't posted yet, but once they do your balance will only be that one payment. Please note their website libertytax.com was down for over a month for maintenance, so I could not log in and see payment history or balance. I had no choice but to take the employees ( XXXX ) word for it. Well when my payment came on XXXX I assumed the loan was closed. I got an email onnXXXX saying my account was past due. I replied to the email and got an email from XXXX, the owner advising " I'm not sure and we're not actually in the office until Monday so this was system generated. We'll look into it on Monday. It's probably just a holiday-related delay. Don't worry about it. XXXX will reach out if needed ''. XXXX called me to tell me my loan was past due on XXXX @ XXXX XXXX. The duration of this call was 44 mins and 21 secs. He stated that I owe more money because all of my payments were not applied to the principal and more to intrest. I inquired how that could happen as the payment schedule was followed. He couldn't answer and seemed confused. I asked for a copy of the contract because the website was back up and told me my contract was unavailable. I also asked fir the XXXX I paid to the loan. He struggled with answering both questions. He never provided me the total but thus internal payment list that makes no sense to a consumer. After sending me 3 blank contracts, he was able to send me my contract. I inquired again shy none of this left over balance was mentioned each time we spoke. He said I don't know. I advised but each time I spoke with you and you set the wrong expectation that the XXXX payment would be my last one. I told him I am requesting all.the late fees and anything that wasn't the true principle due to all of the misinformation on his part. He went silent for several minutes. I asked of he was still there and he said he was waiting for a supervisor to respond to him. I asked him if he could call me back once he knows and he said yes, and that he would call me back today. I told him to cancel the prescheduled payment set up by the store for today, XXXX for {$73.00}. He said ok. Not only did he not call me today, but they attempted to withdraw that amount from my bank today. I emailed the store asking for a supervisor to call me on XXXX and XXXX but no response. I did have a missed call from the store on XXXX a few hrs after I emailed, but there was no vm left. They always leave an email. I called back later in the day a d I think they were closed, as there was no answer. Well today XXXX calls me again advisingmy payment was declined today. I remined him that he was suppose to follow up and he never did and that I asked for no payments to be deducted until the balance is rectified. He advised he got busy and couldn't call me back the same day and that they have a business practice that they can't call you back for 7 days. This is not true because they have called me multiple days in a row when this loan was in repayment. I told him of that were true why did someone call me on XXXX and not leave a voicemail, that debunks his 7 day theory. I then inquired why he didn't email. He then stated in an angry fashion that they did call me everyday since XXXX which also is not true. I asked for dates and times and was unable to provide. I told him I want to speak to XXXX and he said I can't I have to speak to a supervisor. I advised I do not want any payments taken from my account until this matter is addressed. He advised he put a note right now and they will kt take anymore payments from account. All this back and fourth needs to be addressed. ALL they misrepresentation, misleading, and blatant lies by a member of Liberty LoansXXXXXXXX is unacceptable. This information and process and bad faith. I want the remaining amount wavied of any later fees all the extra interest charged during the time this matter is not being addressed. They are still charging me interest on the late fees per XXXX. I have paid them over {$1300.00} back on a {$700.00} loan and they waste my time like this. The expectation has been set incorrectly on numerous phone calls and XXXX appears to have no clue as to what he is doing. I hope this matter is looked into, reported, and fixed, not only for me but for all their other customers this may have happened to.

XX/XX/XXXX, Approved cash filed a judgement against me in the amount of {$580.00}. Principal Balance $ XXXX+Court cost $ XXXX+Service of process+ {$40.00}. Through two garnishment of my paycheck they received XXXX. ( XX/XX/XXXX- {$250.00} & XX/XX/XXXX- {$430.00} ) XX/XX/XXXX. I applied for a mortgage loan. I was preapproved for an amount and was able to start looking for a home. XX/XX/XXXX- Along with many steps that are taken to be able to make cash offers, my lender reviewed my account and noticed and advised me that per XXXX XXXX I have a judgment against me from XXXX that has never been released from my credit making it appear as though I have never paid on this outstanding judgement. XX/XX/XXXX- I called the local office. They advised me that I had a balance there and confirmed that I still have an active judgement. The assistant conversed with her apparent supervisor and they started that they will look into it. After reviewing my paystubs for that pay period I saw where the judgement had been paid, however I was unable to get to the local office before they closed. XX/XX/XXXX-I called the office and let them know that I have the evidence that I paid this balance off, and even though the balance appears to have been overpaid, I should not still have this on my credit as an active garnishment, especially 6 years later. The Assistant told me that she also found receipts that show that this has been taken care of. I asked her for the documents showing my judgement release and if I do not receive this proof I will be denied this line of credit. She told me she had one and all the documents are waiting for me. I arrive and I go through the papers, She gave me 2 receipts and the actual judgement paperwork that was filed with the courthouse. I asked for the judgement release. She stated I do not have that, but the documents should be enough. The supervisor then stood up and said that they are not required to send that stuff in, its more of a courtesy, she also advised me that until last year she didn't even know that judgement releases were " a thing ''. The assistant said I am sorry but this is all I can give you at this time. We will call you once this is handled. XX/XX/XXXX- I was denied credit due to not being able to prove that this was no longer an outstanding garnishment. As on XX/XX/XXXX, Approved cash has no reached out to me. This is still on my credit and I will not be able purchase a home until this is removed. It's sad that not only do these things report to your credit, but they are hidden from the consumers eye. Had I known this was on here I would have tried to get this removed before I wasted my time applying for a loan not to mention the points I lost by obtaining such a hard pull on my credit. What also saddens me is the assistant told me that she calls the courthouse daily and they continue to file suits against customers. While she told me this to help assure me that it will be handled within a day or two, I cant help but think, who else are they doing this to, and why wouldn't you fix the customers credits that paid you off?

XXXX card XX/XX/2022 XXXX card was having known technical issues to their system. I made one {$50.00} top up ( bank transfer addition to card balance ) at XXXX XXXX that was completed successfully and added to my balance. The same day at XXXX I made another {$50.00} top up that displayed completed in the XXXX app but never added to my balance. Because this top up was necessary for me to make a purchase in the retail store, I had to immediately attempt another {$50.00} top up that was completed and added to my balance. I waited for the XXXX top up to appear in my balance but it never arrived. I contacted XXXX repeatedly asking for all receipts for top ups made on XX/XX/XXXX, the customer service reps provided 2 XX/XX/XXXX receipts and an already completed XX/XX/XXXX top up as evidence of the completed transactions. I acquired my bank statement that clearly showed the 3 {$50.00} transfers to XXXX bank on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX refused to acknowledge that their system applied one of my XX/XX/XXXX transfers to a past completed transaction. I have evidence from my bank that all 3 {$50.00} transfers to XXXX were completed and taken by XXXX. I have been dismissed and ignored by XXXX customer service with no one willing to help. I requested XXXX provide me the receipts and as stated only 2 {$50.00} transfers appear in their documents all times correspond to my bank statement with the one {$50.00} transfer stolen by the XXXX system. XXXX I got misleads by a scam and lost money through my Revolute account. Immediately after Ive realised that it was a scam and fraudulent, I have reported to bank and ask to recover money back. Total amount transferred to fraud account is XXXX and it was multiple transactions. By transferring the money through Revolut I trusted the platform believing the bank can track know the XXXX of the beneficiaries. But here Revolut doesnt take any responsibilities or protection for client money and transfers the fund to any without knowing anything about the recipient and their track records. This is dangerous and against the rules and practises in place in XXXX. This is supporting criminals and fraudulent activities. I believe understanding these less security measures fraudsters are using this account to get money from innocent victims and based on my online search, lots of XXXX citizens already lost lots of money via Revolut account. Ive immediately reported this to Action Fraud, Met police and all my other bank account companies. I have given my id and personal informations to this scammers without knowing it is a fraud. I dont know how Revolut handing peoples money with having any regulations in place? Are they licensed in XXXX to operate? If so people like me are unaware about that and please there will be more victims like me in the future. Im really concerned about this financial institutions, a credibility and legitimacy.

Neither XXXX, XXXX XXXX nor XXXXXXXX XXXX will give me any updates on the investigation.We have solid evidence that neither my wife nor myself cashed this check. Received a call on my phone of XXXX to call a XXXX XXXX at a number that the automated dialer said once with no repeat option from came from the caller id of XXXX. I dialed back the caller id and a lady answered the phone without any company identification and responded someone tried to contact me. She asked my phone number and I gave the XXXX, she informed there is an outstanding payday loan from Fastbucks with the email of XXXX. I informed her that is not my email,, she replied that I use that email to apply for the loan, Before I could ask any more information about the alleged debt, she hung up the phone. I immediately called back to get more information, and before I could ask anything, she informs me that I am harrassing her and she will file a complaint and disconnected the call. My sister made a transaction on XXXX of XXXX with Revolut service, I've tried to deposit my funds to my personal account on XX/XX/XXXX, but Revolut canceled my attempt and asked to proof my identity, so I did : I sent them my personal photo with holding my DL in hands, sent them revolut statement, SSN number, but it wasn't enough for them and Revolut decided to lock my account and freeze all my funds due to suspicious activity. after 14 days of reviewing my claim I contacted them again and they said that they can't do anything about and I have to file a claim at their corp website. I've done that as well. after 14 days no one called me either. I tried to contact Revolut online agent again but they locked my access to it and just didn't respond me back for 24 hrs already and counting ... ... ..
