Over the course of 3 years ranging from when I was XXXX - XXXX years old, I had multiple visits to a Medical Office where I was seen. Undenounced to me these visits were not paid in full by my Mother or Father which were my legal Guardians at the time. The unpaid visits were sent to a Collection Agency in an attempt to collect. The Collection Agency placed the past due debts under my name/ social security number with information on paperwork they shows I was under the age of XXXX at the time of the visits. Unknowingly I paid these debts off in full thinking they were for something else. The Collection Agency is offering to refund my money, but, only after I informed them of this situation years after it began.
