This is truly False it is Identity theft I am being SCAMMED by these FAKE popup international own noncompliance call collection agency and by all laws of health care provider, no one has that rights to create false billing to cover their own personal lost this is creating false billing, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXhould not be permitted by law with selling My information for pennies when I do not owe this medical practice anything whatsoever. It is I am a individual patients who has been harass and do have the rights to file suit seeking to recover actual damages. I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXny medical payments THIS false claim co-pay or false claim deductible is Greed and to falsely share my information to a third party has violated my privacy this illegal practice of selling an individuals debt to another call third party is a SCAM seeking money wanting to damage my credit, violate my Rights to live freely as a Citizen of this Country. XXXX XXXX XXXX has sold all FALSE Reporting adverse information this is all about trying to damage my freedom to enjoy life My Constitutional Rights hoping to damage my credit, and force me to pay a falsely created bill. These individual who has created this false outstanding credit scale are these outsource FAKE Collection individuals seeking greed to falsely report to consumer credit reporting agencies or credit bureaus FALSE information, this is not true it is FAKE. Question here is why am I always a selected TARGET to be SCAMMED when I OWE NO one especially when All MY Medical Bill have been Paid and there is no outstanding I have Insurance and I pay all on time when told and needed CO-PAYS or Deductibles there is NONE. This is illegality to shared information that is falsely shared on co-pays or deductible violating my privacy when no additional payments were ever discussed before the schedule procedure this is truly a false claim from a third party who have no legal rights Under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), a debt collector can not falsely collects debts owed to others. My information never should have any information on owing I owe no one this is cyber searching my medical life to damage my life and a SCAM. No one pays Co-Pay for Preventative medical NO ONE this was never discuss therefore, it is FALSE. The new health care law says all health plans* have to cover preventive services at 100 percent. That means no out-of-pocket costs for you, as long as you get them from a doctor or clinic your plan covers. By no cost I mean : You pay nothing to visit the doctor ( copays ).

My husband was prescribed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in early XXXX which we purchased through his doctor. We were advised they may not be entirely covered under our insurance and they would let us know during his follow up visit in a month our remaining balance. During his follow up visit we were advised we owed {$40.00} total out of pocket and paid with a card at that time. Towards the end of summer XXXX we received a bill from the Doctors parent company XXXX XXXX for {$240.00} and a threat to send us to collections for nonpayment. I called the Doctors office confused and was advised that this was a billing error on their end. Due to their delay in submitting the claim for the XXXX it had crossed plan years for our healthcare provider and a change in coverage now meant they were no longer covered at all. Due to this being an error on their end they cancelled the balance and we no longer owed anything. Then in XX/XX/XXXX I received a collections notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they had purchased our debt and we owed {$240.00}. I mailed them a hard copy of my email communications with XXXX XXXX which showed this was not a valid debt and included a cease and desist order stating it was illegal to sell the debt. This was mailed return receipt request and a signature confirmed they received it. The following month I received another letter stating their intentions to attempt collection. At this point I called and was unable to speak with a person. I finally left a voicemail stating their continued attempts to collect an invalid debt are illegal and that they must cease and desist. I never received any further communication. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice of intent to collect from Revenue Cycle Associates. This means that dispute written and attempted verbal communication, XXXX XXXX XXXX has illegally sold this debt. Im am currently in the process of advising Revenue Cycle Associates to cease and desist in writing.

On XX/XX/2021 I received a letter from Revenue Cycle Associates, claiming to represent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and demanding I pay a " bill '' and sum on an alleged debt in the amount of {$1700.00}. I have never had any business dealings with Revenue Cycle Associates and by contacting me and demanding a payment on a debt that I allegedly owe, they have violated many Federal Consumer Laws pursuant to the FDCPA as well as 12 CFR which are the codes of regulations they are governed by. I am the consumer pursuant 15 USC 1692 ( a ) 3, and I do NOT owe any debt. By mailing me and alleging that I owe a debt Revenue Cycle Associates has violated 15 USC 1692c ( a ) 1. I believe I am also the victim of identity theft because Revenue Cycle Associates has my mailing address, and social security number which they did not receive directly from me... my personal information and living location has now been compromised pursuant 12 CFR 1022.3. I have never provided my social security number or card for any matter to this company. This company is alleging that I owe them a medical debt, which I do not... .and this signifies to me that they have or think they have possession of my medical records and history, which is a direct violation of 12 CFR 1022.32 and a violation of. This company also threatened me with a declaration of obtaining a judgement and " verification '' which is a violation of 15 USC 1692d, and should they attempt to " verify '' any of my personal information that they have stolen or illegally obtained then I will file an Identity Theft Report with the FTC, Department Of Commerce , Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Federal Maritime Commission, Social Security Administration, as well as i will file a 3949A form with the IRS against Revenue Cycle Associates.

on XX/XX/2023 my phone was called at XXXX XXXX My friend happened to be who picked up the phone, the woman on the line told she was calling for XXXX XXXX, my friend asked what the call was concerning. she stated she had to tell her the call is being recorded, then gave out my full address as if to verify who it was, my friend asked once again what was the call concerning. never once did she acknowledge that she was me or that the information was correct. she only kept asking what the call was concerning. the woman on the phone told my friend the entirety of a account information for a woman 's clinic that I supposedly have a bill for. she told her the amount ( {$1500.00} ) and what it was for. My friend who is also a Debt Collector knows the laws and started to defend me. she told the woman she violated FDCPA and HIPPA by revealing the information without confirming who she was. The woman on the phone tried to tell her that because she " Paused '' when she asked about the address, that it verified who she was and proved she was the correct person. when in fact she was not. she argued for a long while that she did in fact verify who it was because she paused. no matter what my friend said the woman kept arguing that she was me. Never once was she mini mirandized, she not only broke FDCPA but also HIPPA and REG F. My friend didnt get her name, she said she never told her she only said she was calling from Revenue Cycle Associates , but they did mention the call was recorded only after stating the address. The entire thing was extremely embarrassing.

XXXX from Revenue cycle associates contacted me on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX EST via phone and asked for XXXX XXXX. I informed her there was no one here by that name and to remove the number from her calling list. At XXXX XXXX EST she called again asking for XXXX XXXX. I asked for her contact information and was provided, XXXX, ext. XXXX. I asked for the address and name of a supervisor. She asked if this was to mail a payment for XXXX XXXX. I informed her it was not and that I had not 5 minutes prior requested she remove my number from her contact list as I dont know this person and I wanted the companys name and address since she had not done that and was continuing toco tact me. She then disconnected the call.

XX/XX/2021 the rep called from Revenue cycle associates at XXXX XXXX, Im upset they are harassing me so early in the morning an being rude about it. This needs to stop immediately as they are not allowed to legally call me that early. I want all calls to stop and to only contact me via mail for now on.
