XXXX from REVCREST Inc e xplained to me that i could not lower my payments as the young lady before told me that after XXXX garnishments ( whic h are creating a big hardship as it is XXXX put of my check a month and my bills are behind due to this ) I could lower my payment, she then asked for a financial statement over the phone,. I gave her the information and now i am being told different, that i would have to continue the garnishment and i would have to make payments as well. is this legal? if so I will be homeless soon! every time i ask for a hearing which is my RIGHT, I have been denied ... IT IS MY RIGHT!

I do have a student loan open with XXXX. I am currently repaying my loan on their terms. i received a letter from RevCrest Inc. about two months ago and they stated they were holding my loan. I sent a debt verification letter to them and I have received nothing. This is their second attempt to collect on a loan I do not owe. They are also asking I put my social security number on all documents. I feel this company is fraudulent and a scam.

I never applied nor did I go to school this loan is not mine. Several times I have requested proof that this is my debt Have been told several times would send documents. They have not sent anything. It has been over XXXX years that this dept has ruined my credit
