XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to get an additional judgment for a judgment from XXXX. They filed a memorandum for costs after a judgment in XXXX XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to my former residence in XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I've lived in XXXX, XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX due to a Covid-19 related job-loss.
The original judgment filed in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for my defaulted debt with XXXX in XXXX.
They have also subpoenaed my tax returns, paystubs and other financial documents from my creditors, namely XXXX XXXX XXXX
Based on the court filing, Resurgence Financial , LLC. purchased the outstanding debt from XXXX and now is trying to resuscitate zombie debt during a pandemic, and is trying to manipulate the court system in XXXX Further, XXXX destroys all court-records after 10 years and some of the information on the new filing is not consistent with the original judgment. I have copies. The new filing is based on an attestation from the XXXX XXXX XXXX and not actual documents.
I have clients in the mortgage and real estate industry who are subjected to bully tactics from Resurgence Financial that seeks multiple judgments on the very old debt and puts in on the credit reporting files as a way to tarnish the credit of people who owe past judgments or to extort additional money from people. Most of my clients get the judgment or collection removed from their credit but it is harassment.
If I still lived in XXXX, the filings should take place in my home county NOT 49 miles away in another county which is a 2-hour drive one-way. Additionally, XXXX XXXX XXXX Courts have been closed for certain filings due to the pandemic and was hard hit with Covid cases so they tried to file in XXXX XXXX because of it's lax laws and lenient Covid restrictions, but I moved back to XXXX because I couldn't afford to stay in XXXX.
Resurgence and XXXX XXXX XXXX are attempting to renew a judgment when I have proof of me living in XXXX and XXXX for the past 12 years out of 13 years.

Resurgence Financial just recently put a legal hold on my bank accounts after I filed Chapter XXXX bankruptcy a couple years ago absolving the debt which is over XXXX years old.
