My mortgage was purchased bt RESMAC from XXXX XXXX on XXXX. I was given notification at the end of XXXX, XXXX by XXXX XXXX. I made my XXXX mortgage payment electronically to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX as I had not received any documents from RESMAC. I spoke to XXXX XXXX, teh owner of RESMAC on XX/XX/XXXX on his personal cellphone and told him of my paymanet and informed him that I had not received any documents from RESMAC including where to pay, how to pay electronically, verification of current balance, escrow amount. He stated not to worry that he would take care of it. He also stated not to worry " I won't charge you a late fee ''. I stated " please don't insult my intelligence, you can not charge one nor report to the credit bureas for 60 days by law ''. I told hime that I wanted to pay on time and i was concerned about the competency of RESMAC to make this happen and maintain my XXXX credit score. I went on the RESMAC website that states " one-time ACH payment for new loans ''. It asks for a RESMAC loan number which I did not have. I spoke with XXXX XXXX again on his personal cell phone on Monday XXXX and told him that i could not pay online as I did not have a loan number. I also stated that I still did not have any loan docs with amounts on them. He told me that he would have this corrected by the end of the day and would send me an email. I did not receive an email and all of my calls, texts and email to his specific email address on Tuesday, XXXX went unanswered. This was the same issue on Friday, XXXX. I am attacing several email and text threads supporting this as well as his statement saying this loan is unique and he is having issues with it in his system. Not my issue but my credit. I spoke with someone named XXXX on Friday, XXXX at approximately XXXX. She could not find my loan in the RESMAC system. I told her to call XXXX XXXX immediately. She did and called me back. She stated that my loan was'nt in the system properly so there is not visibility to it. She had told me the loan was due in XXXX. I had told her that I was current with the prior servicing company through XXXX and have NEVER been late. She stated that I was not due until XXXX. I told her that this was incorrect. I told her that I would pay by check over the phone agains my better judgement and deal with any tranferring balance issues later. She said ok. I asked her what my principle balance was and she said that she did not know. She asked for my routing # and I asked her how much the check was going to be for and she stated an amount that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the note stipulated. I told her that and she said " OK, I will take that amount '' ''. I said, without you knowing a breakdown of my escrows this is just going to go to additional priciple balance ''. I stopped the process and still have not made XXXX 's payment.

Loan office has some sort of issue with questions about my loan. Every time I ask details I get unclear answers and push to another time. If I email him my questions about the extra payment plan agreed to, I receive vague answers in red & no contact info for said XXXX party servicer ( XXXX ). XXXX who services my mortgage knows nothing about extra payment plan agreed to. My original mortgage is with Resmac, my servicer is XXXX, the third party whom they have the agreement with is XXXX. XXXX XXXX I sent in a loan application to Resmac Mortgage for a reverse mortgage. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Fl branch was the contact. i provided everything electronically. and called for updates several times. I never heard back and never got a Good Faith or any disclosure of any kind.

Lender : Resmac INC NMLS # XXXX Resmac is marketing as XXXX and calling borrowers who are on Dot not call list. They are not setup operationally to check against the Do not call list and are not compliant with CFPB.
