| The XXXX used by the XXXX has not recorded the Deed, resulting to show the Builder as current owner. I contacted XXXX. ( XXXX XXXX ) and they have sent the outstanding property tax monies to my county. The XXXX Co has yet to file for recordation and I have been in the residence since XX/XX/2016 There is also erroneous information on the settlement statement showing monies given for XXXX ( Fee to XXXX ), when this is an FHA loan, and I pay PMI. | ||||||
