I filed for bankruptcy and it was discharged XX/XX/XXXX. I have received at least two notifications from Republic Equity Credit Services the letters include documentation from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX. The most recent notice from Republic Equity Credit Services on XX/XX/XXXX. I decide to look into why they were sending me this notices. I meet with a bankruptcy attorney and provided him with all of the documentation that was sent from Republic Equity Credit Services. The attorney informed me that this is fraudulent because both creditor are documented in my bankruptcy and the date of by bankruptcy is not documented on the letters. He also inform to review any Liens or Claims on my property with the XXXX County Recorder of Deeds. After visiting the XXXX County Recorder of Deeds I discovered there were know additional liens or claims on my property other than my current mortgage company.
