I was called multiple times by a company that would not identify themselves over the phone. They have the same script every time they call me.
The call starts out with " Am i speaking with so and so? '' I ask, " Who's Calling? '' They reply " We are trying to reach so and so about a personal business matter '' I ask again " Who are you and why are you trying to reach so and so '' they reply " We need you to verify your date of birth about a personal business matter '' I reply " I'm not giving out my personal information to someone who won't identify themselves.
What is this call about? '' They reply " We can not tell you until you verify your date of birth '' Then I hang up.
The calls went on like this several times over a period of a couple months. I finally looked them up and found out it was a company called Reports Inc. in XXXX TN.
They have almost a dozen reviews of other people stating the same experience.
I ignored them, because they have no right to my personal information if they refuse to say that they're calling about a medical debt.
I was served a summons to court by a process server, regarding this debt. I called the debt collector to settle my medical debt and they added over {$180.00} to the original debt to cover their legal fees. When I told them I wasn't paying their self incurred legal fees, they said " we don't have an agreement then ''.
I attached are screenshots of their XXXX reviews showing this is their way of operating and not an isolated incident.

On XX/XX/25, Reports Inc started calling at XXXX XXXX and called 26 times in a row in under 1 minute. I have the screenshots of my call log showing where they repeatedly called over and over. This is absolute harassment!
