Dear Sirs, My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, resident of the municipality of XXXX, Puerto RIco. I am the owner of a white XXXX XXXX vehicle of year XXXX. This car was financed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . The account number with XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX. After the passage of hurricane Maria over Puerto Rico, XXXX XXXX XXXX was one of the companies in Puerto Rico that granted three months moratorium to consumers for the payment of their bills. As a client of XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was one of the beneficiaries of that moratorium. After that period, I continued making my payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX on time. Due to an involuntary confusion regarding the scope of the moratorium, XXXX XXXX XXXX, alleged that a payment was missed in my account. I NEVER received a communication or a phone call from this financial institution to indicate that there was a delay in my account. If I had received some type of communication from the financial institution, I would have made all the necessary arrangements to resolve the situation immediately. I have always been very careful and responsible with my credit. All my accounts are paid on time and usually well before the due date. My credit score has always exceeded 800 points as has been classified as excellent by all of credit report companies ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ). Today, Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a message from XXXX XXXX indicating that my credit score had dropped 117 points, due to a supposed one-month delay in my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Reference : Complaint # XXXX Company responded on XX/XX/XXXX RESPONSE TYPE Closed with non-monetary relief Company 's Response Reliable gave payment extensions to all clients who needed such relief, after XXXX XXXX hit the island last XX/XX/XXXX. The extensions were for the payments due on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, and were applied to all accounts in which no payments were made on those specific months. Claimant made the XX/XX/XXXX installment payment, on XX/XX/XXXX ; so he was only entitled to extend payment for the installments due on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Nonetheless, he didn't make the payment for the installment due on XX/XX/XXXX ; until XX/XX/XXXX. DESCRIPTION OF NON-MONETARY RELIEF As claimant states that he believed the three installment extension offered by our company covered those due on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, since he had made the XX/XX/XXXX installment payment before the hurricane hit, we have proceeded to extend his XX/XX/XXXX installment ; thus making his account current and his credit history XXXX.

It is a crime to threaten lawsuit with no intention of doing so, therefore you can take heed that I am very serious about filing suit against your company. I have sent XXXX previous letters to you, requesting that you remove inaccurate information from my file and you have failed to do so. Accordingly, I can show a judge that these accounts are inaccurate and that you violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by ignoring my requests to investigate the items. My previous letters stated my reasons for an investigation and these reasons were not frivolous in any way. If this final request does not prompt you to conduct a proper investigation of these accounts in question, and send proof to me of said investigation, I will file a civil suit in my county for damages and you can travel to defend yourself. I take my credit very serious and your lack of professionalism and assistance disappoints me. I am well aware of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and I intend to pursue them to the maximum.

Car was a voluntary surrender in the year XX/XX/XXXX because lack of employment and bank has agreed to receive and place a ) balance on my account. As noted in the credit report the car was kept by the bank and as noted in the credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX account was in good standing and suddenly placed in my credit report with a balance due of {$5900.00} Balance was XXXX as per agreement in XX/XX/XXXX. Bank refuses to give the documents when the car was received.

ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN, I STILL HAVE THE CAR BUT IT SHOWS AS CLOSE. ACCOUNT WAS BROUGHT UP TO DATE AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE ON XX/XX/2018 & XX/XX/2018 BUT ACCOUNT SHOWS AS CLOSE IN THE CREDIT AND NO PAYMENTS MADE.
