These people continue to call my sister, parents, grandmother and worst of all, my place of employment. They have called every branch of the company I work for in my town and neighboring towns. They are very rude and aggressive to my coworkers, using profanity and telling them if they do not release information about me then they, too, will be served with papers for " noncompliance ''. They will not tell me who they are or even what company they represent always calling themselves XXXX XXXX or XXXX. They have left voicemail messages telling me they will be sending an officer from XXXX XXXX to my home and if I am not there it will be rerouted to my work. They give XXXX street addresses, so they know where I live and work but refuse to send me anything in writing. I have called them back XXXX and requested information in writing but have not received anything. The XXXX time they told me to stop calling their office and the other time they said " well at least now we know where you work '' and hung up. They XXXX tell whoever answers the phone that they need to talk to my boss, using my full name, and say I must be located due to a serious legal situation, I am being sued, and that anyone who helps or tries to help me avoid being served will also be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am very concerned I may lose my job if this continues. The people working for this company just keep calling sometimes up to XXXX times in XXXX day and are telling anyone who will listen that I am a criminal but yet, when I talk to them they wo n't give me any information and use fake names.

On XX/XX/2019 my credit was fraudulently ran without my permission or consent. I have been a victim of fraud and Identity Theft. On XX/XX/2019 I signed up for XXXX XXXX because I have received several letters for credit that I had no knowledge of and to have a better understanding I needed to know what was reporting on my credit file. I immediately called the company phone number listed on the correspondence only to be transferred to and from numerous departments being left on hold and then the phone being disconnected but promised a transfer to someone who I can report this fraud. I am desperately seeking someone to help me with this matter because its obvious they will continue to ping pong with me because it isnt them and they probably could care less because the fraud is not happening to them and its not fair.

Someone called me from Regional Acquisitions Group named XXXX XXXX, claiming that I owe {$1300.00} from an overdraft from XXXX ( he was unsure of the date ) he said from XXXX and that a group of lawyers has now been assigned to use their legal powers to seek judgment against me. He stated that he was able to reduce the debt to {$620.00} if I were willing to pay him, saving me money and going to court. I then said where can I call you at and he stated I could call him at XXXX.

I contacted XXXX and Regional Finance/ XXXX in regard to incorrect information on my credit report but the only justification XXXX came back with is the company confirm its accurate. But didn't provide any documentation. This account show be remove from my credit report immediately because this was not my responsibility. This account show paid ; however, it continues to report " fail to pay '' causing my score to decline rapidly.

In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX account has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A credit or may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan as a late of any purpose
