In XXXX a vehicle was financed by Redemption auto with offices operating in XXXX and XXXX Louisiana. Terms of the interest to be paid were very high, but in desperate need of a vehicle and was lead to believe that a few on time payments would decrease the monthly payment amount. But the vehicle needed several repairs leading to the car being repossed and surrendered in XXXX of XXXX. Then, In XXXX the Company hired attorneys to collect the unpaid balance on the account which at the time was about {$9000.00}. Prior to the suit being filed there was no notification in any form that legal action was taking place until I was served documents stating that I was being held accountable to pay the balance by means of wage garnishments of 25 % per paycheck. The garnishments lead to tensions of the job with the company pressing me to clear the matter. So in XXXX of XXXX I began to file for bankruptcy after paying around {$3500.00} towards the balance in XXXX. After being discharged from the bankruptcy I heard no more from the attorneys XXXX XXXX XXXX. I switched jobs in XXXX of XXXX and tried to reach out to redemption finanacial to settle the matter but no replies or answering of the phone. In XXXX of XXXX I received letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX La about suing and seeking wage garnishment to pay the balance of the loan from XXXX in excess of {$20000.00} being owed due to daily interest being applied. I called and reached out to the attorney and offered a lump sum of {$3000.00} and asked to interest to be relived and credit from previous payments to be considered and settle the debt. He refused and hung up in my face without no resolution. Again I reached out and explained the financial situation I was in would not allow me to pay over {$20000.00} due to owing federal back taxes and that I have two garnishments already with child support and state tax levy on my wages and any other attempts would put my job at jeopardy with the new company. Again Mr XXXX refused and have not answered and Futher calls. In closing the Orginal loan was misleading And predatory as well as the attempts to collect on the balance and the nature of pursuing wage garnishments jeopardizing my livelihood and support of my family. I would like to file complaints on both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX law firm in efforts to alert others of the practices which is very unfair and have the businesses update and evaluate debt collection practices

i asked XXXX to run my credit once, so that i can see what i was approved for. i was approved for XXXX vehicles. maximus shared my private information more than XXXX. they shared it with many financial institutions without my consent or permission causing hard hit to my credit report

I called trying to figure out how did this company get on my credit report. I've never applied to this company and it hurt my score. But I was hung up on after I asked them to remove the inquiry.
