I have a loan through Red Rock Financial in XXXX, Utah which two of my cars are on. I have made every payment on-time since the beginning of the loan but it was reported as being 30 days late in XX/XX/XXXX by Red Rock. I contacted XXXX at Red Rock in XX/XX/XXXX when I discovered the mistake on my XXXX credit report and he informed me that he would fix the problem and that I should also file a dispute to the credit bureau on my end. He also told me the reason it happened is because the person who was supposed to enter payments for several other individuals with loans through Red Rock as well, did n't do it and has since left the company. I filed my dispute on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX told me he would submit the necessary paperwork proving my payments have all been on time. XXXX emailed me with an update to the dispute and informed me that the payment was marked as 30 days late for XX/XX/XXXX instead of XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately called Red Rock Financial on XX/XX/XXXX to ask why that happened and was informed that XXXX did n't actually do anything and that he, too, has left the company. XXXX, from Red Rock, said he is the new manager and has spoken to XXXX about the situation. XXXX also told me he would email me the contact information for the person handling the case at XXXX immediately after our phone call, which he did not do. I then called Red Rock today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) at XXXX to ask him about the email and was told he is in a meeting. I called back at XXXX and was told he is still in a meeting. I have lost all patience with Red Rock Financial and nothing is being done to fix the mistake that was entirely their fault.

Red Rock Financial is reporting erroneously on my credit file. They are reporting a balance on a account that has been paid. I have a letter stating the account was paid. This has now been reporting and ruining my credit for the past 9 months. I want this account removed/fix. It has caused way too much damage when I have paid this acount off a while ago.
