In XXXX I took out a payday loan online with 500 Fast cash. The loan was for {$250.00}. My {$75.00}. Payment was to be debited on the XXXX of each month..Everything was fine until XXXX, XXXX when my payment was not taken out. I called XXXX and it just rang. Called several times later that day and for weeks after and still no one answered the phone. I emailed a letter asking why my payment was n't taken and emailed it to customerservice @ 500fast cash.com..I never received an answer. I repeatly tried to call still no answer. I then faxed a note stating I hereby do not authorize my bank to pay them in the future. I was afraid they would debit my account an exorbitant amount. Still no communication. If I had an address for these people I would have sent a certiief letter but apparently they do n't stay in XXXX place long enough. Months later I started to receive extremely harassing calls from a male who I could barely understand screaming that a policeman would be at my door soon and I had better make a payment. He never mentioned what and who this was about and I screamed back and hung up on him. He called again and did for a few hours. Time went by and he started again. I did go to the police dept. but of course these scammers are hard to track down. This went on intermittently over the years when they starting call in my brother 's house whose name I gave as a reference. I was living XXXX at the time my address had n't changed, neither had my phone number but they harnessed my brother to this day. 7 years of harassement. I moved from XXXX and my brother told me he has gotten calls from a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX. I called him yesterday XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and me told me I owed over {$400.00} from this loan and he thinks it might be because of a bad check. The money was taken out of my account until XXXX XXXX, XXXX when that stopped. I told him exactly what happened and I also filed for bankruptcy in XXXX. He said they will sue me still for the check and I would incur many times over what was originally owed. I have this figured out. They take out the payment for a while and then stop. I could not reach them In any way possible and then they send the scammers after me. I called my lawyer and his secretary told me coincidentally another client called her yesterday about the very same agency..If I could afford a protracted lawsuit I would love to out these vultures out of business..I kept every piece of correspondence from me, emails, copies of problems other people have had with these people. I also have copies of my checking account showing the debits all paid until XXXX when no debit was made. I think this has to be dealt with seriously. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX

The Creditor, 500FASTCASH500 PAYDAY LOANS, has continued to call me requesting payment after I have legally proved that this is a, " Thief/Fraudulent Account! Due to a medical crisis, I used poor judgement and took out an online loan with 500FastCash.com on XXXX XXXX, 2012 in the amount of XXXX. This amount was deducted from my checking account and it was my understanding that this matter was resolved as this was XXXX years ago. XXXX weeks ago, I began receiving threatening phone calls from this company saying I owe them XXXX. I have since moved out of state thus closing my account. I requested a statement from this company and XXXX weeks later I received a statement by email showing ridiculous charges for XXXX years. Although my balance was paid in full, I am told that additional interest was incurred. Additionally, as I had closed my account and transferred to an out of state bank, this company has continued to attempt to deduct funds and when denied as account closed by XXXX Bank, I am being charged for each transmission that was rejected for the last XXXX years.

I recieved an email that i was late on a payment. I didnt have sufficient funds in my account so no money was withdrawn. This was XX/XX/XXXX. My agreement was to have my account debited XX/XX/XXXX. Further investigation into company I found they are not licensed in the state of Washington. I have sent a total of 4 emails requesting a revocation of my authorization to withdraw funds and have requested an email stating they intend to honor my request. I forwarded them a copy of the rcw regarding washington state laws regarding non licensed lenders. I have not recieved an email back stating their intent to honor my request.
