My oldest child XXXX XXXX was in a significant accident on XX/XX/2016. She was taken to XXXX 's hospital because of the severity of the injury and kept overnight with emergency XXXX the next morning. The accident occurred in a gymnastics center in the area. Not only did XXXX have medical insurance and coverage supplied through her father 's employer she also had additional coverage for catastrophe by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been constantly harrassed about a bill from this medical group because they did not file as requested by both my husband and my self for the additional coverage. I have documentation of all correspondence with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This company is fraudantly trying to ruin my credit by insisting that I pay them money they have already been paid and that I do not owe as insurance covered all expenses in full. XXXX XXXX XXXX turned this into collections and it in no way has anything to do with me! Again, simple solution they are covered in full, XXXX XXXX XXXX has copies of the bills and correspondence was that if XXXX XXXX provided them with the specific itemized bill it would be paid. Companies like this collection agency should not be allowed to exist when they have complete control over getting paid. This is harrassment to attack my credit report, continue to call my phone etc.

This was a surprise Bill and I had insurance. I am XXXX unemployed and was not given opportunity to provide financial assistance to you before it is sent to collections as required by Texas law. I have no idea what these services were but I dont believe they submitted the claim to insurance and if they did I believe they are balance billing in violation of Texas law and their contract with my insurer. I have never received a bill or been offered financial assistance. I am XXXX on food stamps and living in a residential facility. They should have notified me about this a long time ago and given me information about what I was being charged for what was covered by insurance and why I wasnt eligible for financial assistance

Receivable Management Inc. has reported a negative item on my XXXX credit report which is inaccurate as XXXX XXXX and XXXX do not report this information. I asked the company to validate the debt and they sent me an invoice from XXXX XXXX XXXX which show multiple tests with my name as the patient but I did not receive these tests.
There are NO documents with my signature, drivers license or requests for any of the tests on this sheet which total {$790.00}.
There is no outpatient information showing any results of these tests nor any treatment information on the sheet which I requested to validate the debt. This debt is not valid.
Please remove this debt from my XXXX credit report immediately. Thank you

a medical bill was added to my credit report for my daughter b y Receivable Management .... ive s poken with them several times and was told to send the insurance info for that time of service ... I did so months ago and it still shows on report ... called today and was told that since it was so long ago that im still responsible for the debt ... I infrm that its not my fault that the medical office fail to report the claim and of course the medical office is no longer in business

someone stole my identity information and used it to create several accounts that i have protested because they are fraudulent I have a police report with the information as well as had to report to the ftc id theft affidavit notarized but this company is reporting this on my credit and trying to collect
