Ray Skillman XXXX XXXX in XXXX, IN, the buy here pay here section, was given a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX in color ) back because the vehicle had to many issues and had been looked at three times for electrical issues in the passenger front door panel. The dealership placed a voluntary repossession on my credit. I gave them back the van so that we did not have to go too court because of the state 's lemon law. There are two issues that are present, first when the vehicle was sold and prior to any documents being signed we found out that the vehicle had been in a car accident and was not reported. At that time a written agreement was written and was signed by the sales manager, that if there was any problems with this vehicle that they would do what was necessary to get us out of it. Well they never feel through on this agreement ( it is on the back of the first page of buyers agreement ). Second I gave the company the three strikes that is required by Indiana state law to declare this vehicle a lemon but they still claim on my credit as a voluntary repossion. This vehicle was given back to them because the electrical problems were causing issues with driving and the passenger front window would not go up or down at times.
