XX/XX/2019I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX truck from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Indiana. I told them my monthly payment range and found me a truck. I traded in my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a loan still owed. They told me they would give me 5k for my XXXX which I still owed XXXX on. They honored that 5k off the purchase price of the truck which was XXXX. That brought it down to XXXX. Now, after arriving and waiting around for a long time the sales rep that does all paperwork came to me with it all completed. Showing me the good prices but skipping what I found out now to be added charges, but considering the payment was in my monthly cost, I didn’t see them and he didn’t want me too. They added my entire XXXX loan on to the truck loan to make up that 5k they took off the truck balance. As well as adding an “extended service agreement “ and gap insurance which he said only raised my monthly payment 30 dollars and was needed but never told me the cost. The warranty was XXXX dollars and the gap was XXXX dollars. After all this extra services I now am paying 10,000 more than the truck is worth due to the services not spoken about. This is disheartening and I will never buy from them again.

We purchased a vehicle from Ray Skillman XXXX on XX/XX/19. We signed the loan contract and our interest rate was set at 7.94. One week later the finance person called and stated there was a glitch at the bank and our interest rate was actually 9.64 and we needed to come sign new paperwork with the increased interest rates. This upped our payment to {$490.00} per month. I stressed repeatedly we could not afford a payment above {$350.00}. They told us that we had no choice and would have to sign the new contract. They backdated the new contract and had us sign.

I have numerous hard inquiries on my credit report from XXXX ray skillman XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I am unsure why there are so many of the same inquiries there is 200 hard inquiries on my report.
