I initiated a mortgage refinance application with Rate Rabbit but was unable to proceed due to personal reason. The Rate Rabbit charged me with a {$180.00} appraisal cancellation fee ; however, this charge was never disclosed to me during the entire process, and was not something disclosed or agreed upon.
