Rapido Credit Repair out of XXXX XXXX charged me {$100.00} a month for 5 months to improve my credit. Well they gave me 2 updates. One at 30 days to call back in 7 more days which I did and they said they had gotten one item removed from credit. Well it never showed in my profile. They said I would continue to see my score rise with the passing months. Well that was last time I heard from them. Every time I tried calling after that time they never answered or called me back. My credit never changed and nothing ever changed on my portal account. I feel ripped off and I am a single mother who cant just spend $ to spend it. I would like a full refund
