Rapid Mortgage Funding ( RMF ) located at XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX MI XXXX, made promises and guarantees, to which they have not followed through with. The agent I spoke with was XXXX, who pitched a streamline loan product that started at 6.37 % and would streamline to 3 % 6 months after my first payment. RMF is not honoring this product as promised and guaranteed. I am sure phone records can be pulled, along with a letter that I rescinded the initial agreement. I then let them talk me back into the product based on the guarantee that I would be at 3 % in 6 months. I have complied with the stipulations that I was told I needed to adhere to, which was to simply maintain my payments on time. All these claims were made verbally. I do have some emails that I send in relationship to this company.
According to internet research, this company has similar complaints filed for the same activity. This company is unethical, dishonest, and should be shut down. They have built themselves by scamming XXXX XXXX, such as myself and, according to a little digging, it appears as though they have pitched this same product, or have made similar promises to other XXXX, who have also fell victim to their scam.

I paid for an appraisal, {$950.00}, Rapid Mortgage ordered it, there were some complications with the appraisal company, nothing that should have kept Rapid Mortgage from doing their part. They ordered the appraisal and after it was completed they never responded to my email, text or phone calls. I eventually went to another lender, but they would not except the appraisal, so i had to get and pay for another appraisal. I would like a full refund of the appraisal amount, there were XXXX charges XXXX for {$810.00} another for {$140.00} they wanted more money, was expressed as needing it for travel. when they ordered the appraisal the had confirmed they had received pre-approval for the loan, their process went on forever, and then nothing happened, sent paperwork, just to have to send it a second time, very poor communication as well.
United Wholesale Mortgage was part of the assignment of the appraisal, i have spoken with them, they are saying it is Rapid Mortgages responsibility, the whole package was in their court.

Hi, I'm getting continuous marketing calls from Rapid Mortgage Funding for mortgage loan. I already communicated to them multiple times that I'm not interested and to stop calling me, also I called their corporate office XXXX XXXX XXXX, MI couple of times to stop all the marketing call but it didn't helped. This is harassment for not taking a mortgage from them. Can you please help me to stop these marketing calls from Rapid Mortgage Funding.

Rapid Mortgage repeatedly calls asking me if I want to refinance my mortgage. Each time I ask them to put me on the do not call list. They continue to call. I have even asked to speak to a supervisor.
