Range Collections stated that I have a debt of {$1200.00} and it was first delinquent on XX/XX/XXXX. This is incorrect as I have never had a relationship or business with them nor have I ever heard of them in any form or way. I just saw it in my credit report in XXXX for the first time when I receive my credit. I was not in the US and had no credit, this is the first I ever got any credit or even a report so how could that have been me. My credit should be clear and clean as this is the first Im generating anything. I did file a dispute with XXXX but they are saying today XX/XX/XXXX the report is accurate and verified. How could it be when this is fraud and someone is using my information.
I am requesting that is competent evidence bearing my signature showing that I have or ever had some contractual obligation to pay. This is completely false and is fraud as this is not me. This is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA therefore it must be deleted from my credit report.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM RCB IN XXXX, MN ( XXXX ) XXXX DEBT COLLECTOR FAILED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND MADE FALSE CLAIMS THEY HAVE COPIES OF MY INFORMATION FROM DIRVERS LICENSES, TO CONTRACTS WITH MY SIGNATURES ETC. THE DEBT COLLECTOR HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE ALL OF THESE DOCUMENTS AND MADE FALSE STATEMENTS OF LEGAL ACTION AND OTHER THINGS.
THIS COLLECTOR REFUSES TO PROVIDE ANY VALIDATION OF THE DEBT AND REFUSED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ME TILL 45 DAYS AFTER THE FALSE DEBT WAS PLACED IN THEIR OFFICE AND SAID I HAD TIME TO CALL THEM AND THEY DIDNT HAVE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION ON THE ACCOUNT OF VALIDATE ANYTHING AND I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO DISPUTE THE DEBT AT ALL.
THIS DEBT COLLECTOR IS VIOLATING MULTIPLE DEBT COLLECTION LAWS AND PRACTICES GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL LAW
