I received and email from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, payday loan company here in Utah, back at the end of XX/XX/2019 stating that I owed them money for a debt that already has a judgement and currently am already being garnished for. I called the number in the email and spoke with someone in their collections department. The rep told me they never received their payment. I told them I have proof of the amounts garnished since they won their judgement in court. The rep then stated that I had to pay them directly over the phone. I told them I am already being garnished so I would not pay more that what was determined by the court documents. She then tried to get me to pay them a " lower amount '' to settle the debt. I told her I prefer to deal with the garnishment process and to stop contacting me about it.
I then received another email onXX/XX/XXXX from the same payday loan company stating, " Our records indicate that you have a pending balance on a loan, there have been several attempts to reach you and we haven't been able to get a hold of you. Please contact us to discuss your available options '' Again that is not correct as I called them and replied to the email they sent back in XXXX. I told them that since their company won a judgment from me in court and my Paychecks are being garnished. I also agian asked them to stop contacting me about this past due account since they get money from me every two weeks.
I also received the same email with the same message on XX/XX/XXXX. To which I replied again, they won the judgment, I am being garnished and to stop contacting me.
OnXX/XX/XXXXI receive yet another email from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owed the full amount ASAP or they would pursue " further legal action. I replied that they stop contacting me.

1st Choice issued a {$750.00} loan on XX/XX/XXXX. The 1st payment was due XX/XX/XXXX which was too soon and I requested numerous times to.have 1st payment due XX/XX/XXXX. I had requested the first payment due on XX/XX/XXXX but they denied the request even though extending was shown as an online option.
I ran in to a financial hardship where I could not make my 1st payment on XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, they violated my Financial Privacy by calling my job, my references and my landlord. My job was disappointed by this call.
I was told verbally prior to the loan disbursemen that my job, references would not be contacted. I was told via email as well.
1st choice made these calls after the loan was disbursed and after I was told they would not contact them.
I have complained to 1st choice customer service, collections department, and department manager has been aware. They have done nothing to resolve this violation.
They have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after I have attempted to find a reasonable payment solution.
I appreciate your assistance with this matter and hope you'll provide me justice.

I have not done business with this company and they 've been calling my number about someone else 's bad debt. This company has called for two months now. I have called them on THREE various occasions to inform them that the person they are trying to reach is NOT at my number. Each time they have apologized and said they will remove my number from their records. They have not. Calls continue and I am sick of trying to work with them directly.

I have paid way over the amount of the loan, the company had started collection activity. Two weeks ago I spoke to them and stated I could not receive calls at my place of employment. I received a call today and a voicemail was left on a general mailbox at my place of employment with the name of the creditor requesting a call from me after being told not contact me at that number.
