I started a FHA loan thru XXXX in the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX. I was already preapproved they them. But had to change companies because they keep increasing the amount to close with no answers on why. So I took my preappoval to Ohio capital mortgage XX/XX/XXXX with a promise to close XX/XX/XXXX. They have missed that deadline then they promised to close middle of XX/XX/XXXX they missed that closing then they promised a closing first week of XX/XX/XXXX and missed that closing. Then they gave me a new closing date of XX/XX/XXXX and have dragged their feet to make that happen. I am now in jeopardy of losing the house because of all the delays that they and their processors have caused. They lost my tax information and keep delaying closing for no reason. Processor has stated they want to close on Tuesday but yet have not heard about what time or where and when I question my broker at Ohio mortgage he changes his story even after proof of all the emails and promises. No one returns my emails or answers any questions. This has been going on to long and now I am about to lose my dream home and become homeless because I had sold my trailer based on a promise that was made.
