My debt was written off by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. The charge off was removed from my credit reports in XX/XX/XXXX. The collection company is still calling and filling judgements against any of my bank accounts 10 years after the write off.
I am XXXX years old and would like to see this go away before I die. From the research I have done, I guess I have been my own worse enemy, in that I have talked with the collection companies over these years and have admit that I owed the money, which has extended the time for them to continue to file judgements. I don't know if there is a Federal time limit for collection on debts but there should be a limit that a collection company can continue to try to collect a debt.

Quall Cardot is a debt collection agency parading themselves as a law firm that apparetly has the ability to take money from me that I have in a checking account to use as they see fit.
I had {$3400.00} taken from a bank account that I needed to pay my rent, taxes, and other obligations. This collection agency took my money without my consent, or providing me with notification ahead of time. They said they were unwilling to work with me on a payment plan regarding the {$3400.00} -- however, they would be willing to set up a payment plan for other obligations I have. This company would not tell me when, how, or how much money I owed -- but they said there was absolutely no way I would ever get the {$3400.00} they already took back from me.

On XXXX an unknown unannounced guy knocked on my door as I was walking out. Then he handed me a summons to court. Then he left. He didn't leave a card or say his name and coming to my residence harassing me. They never contacted me with any debt validation letter or other mail informing of this debt nothing.
Violations include Illegally inform the third party about an alleged debt Repeatedly call a third party for my location information Fail to send a written debt validation notice in the mail Continue to collect on the debt before providing verification I as the debtor is under the RFDCPA, a debtor, if he or she informs a debt collector or creditor to cease communications in writing, upon getting that notice, communications must stop.

Quall Cardot removed {$2500.00} from my savings account from a XXXX XXXX credit card debt from XXXX. I am a single mom in between jobs and this was my rent $ $ $ and living money between jobs. They put me in a situation where I do not have rent money, food money, my car payment, and gas money to get to work. They removed money from my savings account after the stimulus was paid, and I received it back for the same reason. I put money in my savings in order to set it aside for rent/car/daughters tuition/etc. The debt came after a medical emergency and i plan on paying back but need this money back ASAP.
