I had taken out a loan with Quality Lenders and my grandmother passed away, I came home after services to find out the company I worked for had decided to let me go. I explained this to them and said I would pay as soon as I could. They never offered me a settlement on the debt, they also never offered a payment plan. They harassed me on XXXX as well. The girl 's name was XXXX and her XXXX said " XXXX XXXX '' with the information for Quality Lenders, they violated my right to privacy by doing so. They would comment on pictures that all of my friends and family as well as potential employer, and anyone who might look at my XXXX page see. I had to block three profiles. It is now in the courts. I paid XXXX before I left home. The balance should have been about XXXX. I got a paper in the mail for nearly XXXX. The companies have since closed in South Dakota. I feel that I have been harassed.

I sent this company a request for debt validation in XXXX 2015. No information was ever received so I then submitted a complaint with you Case number : XXXX in XXXX 2015. The company responded and claimed they never received my request in XX/XX/XXXX and said they would send me a copy of the judgment but do n't have my address. I did not ask for a copy of the judgment, also never did receive one. I asked for them to prove the debt was mine. I then disputed their response with you and then never heard anything back, nor received any information what so ever since XX/XX/2015

I informed Quality Lenders in writing that my checking account was negative and not attempt to withdraw money because it would send my account further into the negative and bounce the EFT attempt, on XXXX XXXX Quality Lenders sent through two {$80.00} checks, when my normal payment was {$80.00}, which of course both bounced and gave me returned check fees and sent my account even further into the negative.

I sent a letter in XXXX requesting alidation of debt. I have never taken out a pay day loan, and have no knowledge of this debt what so ever. This company never responded to me, but continues to hold a judgment on XXXX credit reports.
