XXXX XXXX hired debt collector to file a law suit against me regarding my credit card debt. The debt Collector got a judgement against me to collect property, wages, bank accounts etc. i became aware of this because my bank funds were gone today XXXX/XXXX/16 The attorney general in XXXX states and XXXX filed a case against XXXX for these unfair practices and won the case last year. The debt collector XXXX hired has n't stopped their unfair collection practices eventhough case against XXXX has been won and XXXX is not abiding by the settlement agreement/order against them as they havent stopped this debt collector. I called the attorney that seized my bank account and they claim to be unaware of the case against XXXX nor to desist collection for XXXX. I told them i was filing a claim at the attorney general because of the lawsuit against XXXX snd the attorneys secretary said to go ahead.
i have been harrassed by them in numerous ways in the past with phone calls and people waiting for me outside my house during the time i was getting XXXX and had to be XXXX at home.
The amount claimed due to XXXX was never properly verified by XXXX nor rid XXXX notified me that the debt was being sold.
I got into a situation of not being able pay XXXX due to their predatory interest increase. I was dealing with battling XXXX, then unemployment and divorce. My home is being foreclosed on too. At some point i remember informing XXXX i was going to file bankruptcy.

Garnishment Shows 3 different accounts for the same garnishment with the same court case No. XXXX Writ of garnishment : Doc ID : XXXX shows paid {$4100.00} Doc ID : XXXX Shows paid {$2700.00} Doc ID : XXXX Shows paid {$120.00} same court case NO. XXXX on all 3 lien numbers.
XXXX XXXX XXXX stated by letter he was not doing the case and it was sent over to Qualey law Group as stated by XXXX XXXX that the correction has been done and also stated by reply back from CFPB that its been updated in the courts and there has been no proof or court updates as I call the courts for updated information. there is also different amounts and not the correct amount showing for garnishment case XXXX I have a print out from XXXX showing XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX {$120.00} for a total been paid of {$7100.00} There was error on XXXX XXXX XXXX has court credit giving for {$3000.00} in which the print out from XXXX XXXX XXXX shows {$3000.00} in which there was an error of {$43.00} was in error by XXXX XXXX XXXX There need to be correct amounts and not showing by XXXX XXXX as if I just started paying.

I started attending XXXX College in XX/XX/XXXX. I was out of school from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I get a private school loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Because I was out of school for more than 6 months grace period, I defaulted on my loan. I was also out of school XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I was then in school from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX made a false claim that I made three {$600.00} payments and closed my account in XX/XX/XXXX. I never made any payments because I was still in school. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). According to CA law where the document was signed XXXX starts from the FIRST default and has 4 years to sue. That takes the time line to XX/XX/XXXX was when the XXXX expired. XXXX broke the law and manipulated payments and sold the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX and now XXXX XXXX XXXX are suing me through Qualey Law Firm in XXXX XXXX. Just to Recap, XXXX lied about payment dates to sell an expired loan to XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX has been sued many times and lost due to fraud. They even changed their name to XXXX. XXXX will not provide me with my bank name or bank account info..

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has yet to refund me for the debt that I have paid me. XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX talks crazy and does not return any answers to the debt. I had an attorney by XXXX XXXX XXXX in which could not get documents for months and had the run around game by XXXX XXXX. I have text messages from my attorney stating the issues with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
Now XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has hired or By XXXX XXXX XXXX to Qualey Law Group XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada XXXX In which nothing has been done and 2 US Registered Letters have gone out to XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to the court documents XXXX copy that the money is paid. As to that XXXX XXXX did not give the correct credit as stated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX shows as a credit.
There has been since XX/XX/XXXX this bill has been paid it is now XX/XX/XXXX and I still show active on this Garnsihment and money is owed to me.
