I had medical bills for my husband get sent to quad corp. I started making monthly payments in XXXX XXXX XXXX I missed one payment in XXXX because my husband had XXXX and I was putting in extra hours to keep our restaurant open. I continued to make monthly payments again in XXXX and even increased my payments and have continued to make monthly payments. Imagine my surprise when the Sheriff showed up at my house this morning to serve me judgement papers for this bill. When I called in to speak with them they told me because I didn't have a " payment arrangement '' ... even though I was making monthly payments ... that they want the payment in full or I will have a judgement on my record.
I was told my payments weren't enough. Then I explained how we have two XXXX XXXX XXXX in our household. Our supplies cost us {$700.00} per month... so we can live. I was making payments I could afford while also making payments on all our other medical bills. I have record of every single medical bill I pay because we pay so much that we can use the bills to lower our taxable income.
This is the absolute worst company I have EVER had to deal with while making payments on a bill!! WORST!!

I had a medical bill I guess that I owed in the amount of {$590.00} in the year XX/XX/2013. I had insurance and I had received the last medical bill in XXXX I called the XXXX XXXX office and they told me to wait not pay anything more until the insurance pays. I never received a bill after that. The beginning of this summer I kept getting phone messages that this message is for XXXX if your not XXXX than hang up. I ignored this message because of spam. I received a letter from a credit agency that I owed {$1500.00}. Right away I called them and I said I would set up payments I always pay my bills if there owed. I checked my credit report and my medical bills and they just did n't add up to {$1500.00}. So I called the credit agency and she said Oh they wo n't. I kept paying but than a lightbulb went off and I asked for itemized letter of what I 've been paying on. Nothing was itemized. So I called the XXXX XXXX office that whom I owe money too they said they have only received {$25.00}. I am going to a lawyer on this matter. This just is n't fair to me.

XXXX at quad Corp. deck collection agency in XXXX Iowa has repeatedly called myself and my husband trying to collect all debts from old hospital bills that have been paid. He usually waits between six and nine months and tries it again. He is been repeatedly told through writing and verbally not to contact my husband at work or on his phone, that he may contact me anytime on my phone. He repeatedly ignores these requests and does as he pleases

A default judgment was taken against me while I was dealing with my child 's injuries ( emergency surgery, XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from a devastating car accident. The judgment was for {$1400.00}, but I only owed {$380.00}. I paid the {$380.00}, but think it is unfair that they sued me for over XXXX times the amount I owed.

It wasn't a option medicare partly paid for a medical bill. The only thing left to pay is the ambulance. The company quad corporation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IA XXXX # XXXX sent me a letter with what seems to be blood dripped on it. Or red ink. It looks like blood because of a drop. All different sizes.

I was never billed after insuance except 2 1/2 years later I recieved a message tbat always said this is a important message for my name and if this is n't you then please hang up. I thought it was just a scam. I mow found out I owe {$630.00} this has ruined my credit to buy a house. Please help me!

I went in to work which is XXXX. A co-worker gave me a message that a friend that I knew named XXXX XXXX called from the number XXXX and to give him a call back.
I do not know who XXXX XXXX is, but called the number anyway and was told that this was Quad Corp a debt collection agency.
