I purchased a loan from Reddough Money Center, originating on XXXX XXXX, 2016, with scheduled biweekly payments of {$42.00}. On XXXX XXXX, 2016, Reddough debited my account in the amount of {$210.00}, without notice. I contacted XXXX XXXX at Reddough about the situation, showed up in person, and after several exchanges about the situation, I was told my account would be credited {$170.00}. I asked for explanations for this gross error, and the answers were very vague. I stated I suspected possible embezzlement, which was dismissed as being ridiculous by XXXX . XXXX, which made me even more suspicious. I then noticed a " Maintenance Fee '' of {$23.00}, charged to my account on XXXX XXXX, 2016, which I had no way of knowing it was charged, if not from the printout for this situation. After providing my personal banking statements from XXXX and XXXX 2016, and providing a printout of my transaction history for XXXX, it was proven that all debits previous to XXXX XXXX had been debited, but XXXX 's records did not reflect the same.
After reviewing MY personal records, XXXX XXXX verbally promised to reverse the ACH for {$170.00} AND vouched that funds would be available in my account on XXXX/XXXX/2016. That did not happen, of course.
