I was in a XXXX group called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which acts as a basic do it yourself credit repair group but in reality it 's mainly for lead generation. In the group it was stated when a question was ask if you have a right as a consumer to see the letter being sent out on your behalf to the credit bureaus, XXXX XXXX XXXX it was emphatically stated it was by a XXXX XXXX. This was one of the reasons I was interested in signing up with them so I could track when letters went out and what was the substance and to make sure I agreed with them on how they were asking for verification/validation. I had a previous bad experience with another company in years past and it was a good one, I basically got ripped off. After signing up with a XXXX XXXX and after a round of letters went out I requested a copy of the letters and I was informed they do n't give those out because they were proprietary and they would be put out of business if they gave them out. I offered to sign an agreement that I would n't give them out for others to see or post them on XXXX or any other social media site. They said they took it to the top lawyer and I was told the same thing even though I told them I signed up basically on that premise. I later found out it 's who you get as your credit coach determines who receives letters and who does n't. I could n't believe I could n't get a copy of letters that went out with my name on them, no where in the contract does it state this exclusion. Apparently XXXX, will give them to his clients but others wo n't. I tried to sign up with XXXX but he never returned my text so I signed up with XXXX XXXX. My credit coach seemed knowledgeable but it was obviously from the beginning that others were assigned the work. I confirmed this the second time I requested a phone call meeting with him and he had no knowledge of my situation as he said several things that did n't apply to me or not what we talked about, he seems confused as to my situation. I was later told by XXXX XXXX I needed to sign up for their upgraded plan that costed more if I wanted better service. Needless to say I was disappointed because the conversation that we had at the beginning know was acceptable and I needed to spend more money each month. They wanted me to go from XXXX a month to XXXX a month. I was told by XXXX in an email I could either upgrade or cancel my service with them. At that point it was an easy decisions. I basically spent XXXX but told I would need to spend more to get better service. Also, my credit seem to get worse not better with several accounts in good standing now showing up as being disputed.
