In XX/XX/XXXX there was a loan taken on line using my personal information. When I found out about it was when a collection company called me and I stated that it was due to identity theft they called me a liar so I got in touch with the company where the loan was taken out and explained that it was due to identity theft. I forwarded them the police report and informed the credit bureau and I had to get a freeze on my credit and life lock.
A week ago this collection company called me and threatened to garnish my wages and it put stress and fear in me. On XX/XX/XXXX they called my brother and told him they were looking for me and if I did n't pay this loan I would go to jail. XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX to speak to them about this and I told them that the credit consumer bureau told me to lodge a complaint they said not to do that. And that they had nothing to do with the collection company. This is causing me to become sick from XXXX at being harassed by this company. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The amount they are stating I owe is over 1600.00 dollars.
I have all the proof stating this is identity theft from the sheriff in XXXX, California

I was sued by my wife 's father for money he loaned us in XXXX. I lost my job in XXXX when he sued. I did not go to court because it was not feasible. he Sued me in XXXX and was granted a judgement. XXXX XXXX hired a company Prospect recovery solutions. I got a call and he said I do not owe XXXX XXXX anymore but I owe him. I had no idea who this individual was. I asked him not to call me anymore. So he called my wife and contacted her by XXXX. Then he sent letters to the house, addressed to my wife. They are threatening letters. I am in possession of all. XXXX XXXX XXXX also contacted my Job. He talked to the HR Director XXXX XXXX and was asking personal questions about me. She did not answer any of those questions. I am very afraid because he threatened to come to my house. I have an attorney, to see what my rights are. He has pulled my credit report without my permission, he somehow knows what is on my tax return, and he has also reached out to my home town and has tried to cause disturbance there according to his letter that I have in my possession. I am afraid for my life and I hope someone can stop this indivdual.
