On Thursday XX/XX/2023 I purchased a tablet and protection plan from XXXX XXXX for {$190.00}.
I didnt receive my refund after returning the item. XXXX XXXX customer service told me it was returned and I would see the funds in my bank account at the end of the billing cycle/statement period. Once the cycle ended I still didn't receive my refund or money yet so I contacted XXXX again and they told me to contact my bank.
I contacted my bank and told them my story. I filed a dispute and they denied it so I got pics and proof and emailed to them and was told best idea is to submit another dispute since I have still not received my money and not XXXX nor the bank knows where my refund was.
I was messaged and told I would have to wait u till XXXX to get a decision on my dispute. They have not sent me a email with my dispute confirmation code or anything. And it is messing with me mentally because I feel XXXX and my bank aren't helping me and just not caring.

On XX/XX/2023 me and my wife went on a weekend getaway. We went out for dinner and I used my card to pay at the restaurant ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in XXXX California. As we were walking back to are hotel my phone started pinging with notifications from my card company that some one in ( XXXX California ) was withdrawing {$100.00} increments out of an ATM at a XXXX. A total of {$500.00} was withdrawn, I tried to call the card company but they are closed on weekends so it was Monday the XXXX when I reported that there was fraudulent charges on my card. The fraud department notified me that they were not going to refund my money saying I was the one who made the withdrawals. I argued with them that how can I be in two different towns at the same time. On the XXXX I only used my card that day at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX California.

On XX/XX/2023, my account Providers from XXXX Bank the reason that they close my account because they said that we wouldnt be a match for my banking needs which is a lie. I do have all the proof from them that they promised me a refund and you keep giving me the runaround my refund was supposed to be a total of {$1200.00} plus another {$53.00} and change they have not cooperate with me. Theyre not trying to give me a refund Ive called them so many times and at this point I am really ready to sue them so they can refund me my money so I do have all the proof you need I will send you the proof so youll see what kind of people they are they are scammers and they are stealing everything that I took. I had disputed with them and they keep giving me the runaround.

After Social Security administration told me that providers card mobile banking account has received my XXXX XXXX XXXX payment on XXXX of XXXX i have reported thatto providers, card, customer service the providers card account isnt showing the payment that was received i need my missed XXXX XXXX XXXX payment of {$910.00} i keep sending email messages to providers card email address and dont get the results i need and deserve to receive by them every time i call them i leave them voicemail tomessage and they dont call me back i have considered placing a lawsuit against them for holding my XXXX payment that belongs to me

Somebody hacked my account took {$1800.00} out from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 thats not in my name I email my card provider with the information the same day but company was closed for the weekend I made a dispute for the unauthorized transaction the providers card company closed my account and have not reimburse me for my {$1800.00} the card company says no error has occurred please help me

I had filed a dispute for u authorized fraudulent charges and I was told I would have my provisional credit in 10 days if I was eligible.. and I was but 2 days ago which 2 days before the funds were Available to me they closed my account and I have no access to any of those funds this is unfair and I have nothing to with witb any of those charges I need my money
