on the XXXX of XXXX my wallet was stolen from a gym locker at the XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX. In my wallet was my providers debit XXXX that i recieve my XXXX XXXX on.. i notified staff immediatly at the gym as well as the provider debit card people, seeing it was after hours and there is no 24 hr hotline i had to wait till the next day to report it which i did, but i was too late XXXX unauthorized transactions were made with a total of almost XXXX XXXX dollars see attachment.. seeing these transactions were unauthorized iam entitled to credit according to the zero liability rule that provider bank uses. the complaint number for these charges is XXXX. provider bank did not even investigate this matter and were quick to make a decision that makes no sense to me and is a insult.. they concluded that i made these transactions and that i must have gave out my pin, these accusations are totally false and i requested a explanation on how they came about this decision.. i have not recieved any explanation and i want this reviewed by a neutral person.. ive put in a police report and iv filed a report with the XXXX, i dont know what else i can do.. they are totally wrong on there determination it doesnt make sense. iam getting nowhere with these people.. they are a fraud and i want a neutral review and credit thats due to me. i originally filed a complaint but was told to file another because your people cant locate the bank the complaint number is XXXX please regard the notes cand attachments i applied to that complaint they are correct so please use them for reference. the zero liabilty rule applies to my situation. providercard is done by propel finance which is a part of XXXX XXXX. all my files were downloaded to my original complaint XXXX please refer to them

Propel Financial Services is attempting to run me for what they describe as daily accrued interest that has never been shown or described in any manner on their mobile they statements. I have attached their last and final statement they send me by email monthly. It shows a final payment due on XX/XX/2020 of {$220.00}. My account has been on autocracy for many years and they had full authority to draft this amount from my account. On XX/XX/2020 they only drafted the standard payment, which they calculated at the beginning of the loan, of {$130.00}. I received no further documentation or statement and on XX/XX/2020 they drafted the difference of the XX/XX/2020 balance less the standard payment drafted on XX/XX/2020 plus an additional XXXX cents of {$93.00}. On XX/XX/2020 they began sending dunning emails for {$100.00} late payment, for which they had full authority to draft to preclude any late fee. Since XX/XX/2020 they have not sent a statement showing payments made of any remaining balance. I called them with my complaint, I pretty much got conflicting answers on what the {$100.00} was ( accrued daily interest of maybe a release of line fee ). They concluded by saying they will send a copy of my contract regarding accrued daily interest and all my statements. Unless they send a statement dated after XX/XX/2020 which they did not send to me, they have not provided any historical evidence of an accrued daily interest balance not any detail official statement of the release of line fee. These actions seem to me to be deceptive practices. I am requesting all collection emails by Propel and any additional fees and interest be stopped until they provide an official statement to me and an explanation

on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX unauthorized transactions were performed on my account for XXXX or around that amount see notes. i reported these transactions upon finding out. a fraud form was filied out by me and sent to providers bank. they ( XXXXXXXX XXXX } XXXX liability rule that says all unuathorized transactions performed without card holders consent will be issued provisional credit while an investigation is performed if more than 10days elapsed. a finding that was made no more than a day of no fault was issued.. i imediately asked for a reconsideration of the findings as its impossible for me to have been at two places at once the fraud form i filed explains thatso an reinvestigation was idssued going on four weeks now and since then i find that my account has been closed, i fell was was a retalitory measure by providers bank and is also illiegal as i get my federal security deposited every month and providers had no right nor reason to close that account, so now iam filing a complaint for closing my account with a retalitory attitude by providers so iam seeking my provisional credit XXXX around XXXX and a federal XXXX for closing my account illegally.. this investigation has gone well over 10 days at that time provisional credit shoould have been issued up ontill a decision was made which one has not yet been made.

I reserved a room for XXXX days on XX/XX/XXXX. There is a {$50.00} per night deposit placed on your card. I reserved the room online and presented the card at check in. A week after checkout the hold was still pending. I called after the XXXX the company claimed was the most it would be held and was told I needed to submit paperwork with the amount, my name, and the last four of the card. My paperwork didnt include the card number but I included it in my email. They said it had to be in the Invoice so I drove to the hotel and got someone at the front desk to print me out and invoice with the card number on it. By this time the phones had been released over XXXX weeks ago and the amount was showing XXXX in their system instead of XXXX so the lady hand wrote the amount up on the invoice. This bank is refusing to refund my money and tell him that I will have to wait until 30 days to get this money back when it was released on XX/XX/XXXX and there is no reason for them to be holding i

I applied for a property tax loan. I learned in XXXX 2017 the loan was cancelled in XXXX 2017 without my knowledge. The first payment was due XXXX XXXX, 2017. I inquired as to why this account was not available for me to view via email. In XXXX, I called and was advised they do n't know why it was cancelled or why I was not notified. All they could do was to take a message. I was told my complaint would be forwarded to XXXX XXXX at the company. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( primary mortgage company ) is not allowing me to make any kind of online payments - I have attached a screen of what I see when I attempt to make a payment. I know from past experience, they will say it is because my account is not current. However, how can it be current when they added over {$3100.00} in escrow charges that are due? These companies are working together to ensure my house is foreclosed upon so they can profit.

Called Propel Financial Services to discuss late payment on property tax loan and I was told by customer service representative that my property is in the foreclosure stages. I have NEVER received any type of certification via mail stating such and there has been no period offered to " cure '' or notice of. No correspondence of any type has been mailed or communicated other than the verbal via a phone conversation from a rude male representative ( X/XX/2017 ).

I have sent in overpayments. The amount due plus extra to be applied to principal only. However they apply the extra payment to interest and principal, not the principal only. In XXXX there was no payment due per the statement but I still sent in {$100.00} to be applied to principal and they applied it to the interest not a single XXXX was applied to the principal balance.
