I made a transfer on Thursday XX/XX/2022 and until today it has not arrived at the destination, the money left the account but did not arrive at the destination bank, I tried to contact the company through the channels at first without any response chat did not work I kept showing a person in the queue for hours and didn't answer whatsapp either, no email either, after XXXX days that only on the second I managed to contact the company, telling me that I had to wait another XXXX hours and that the bank would receiving should send me a statement proving that he did not receive it, this is unfeasible XXXX that should prove that I send it, they did not give me any proof even though they sent the money to the bank, the amount only left my XXXX account but did not arrive at the destination bank, a bureaucracy to generate a transfer receipt, I'm having a bad experience like this company, I registered because I have an account at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ), I thought I would have a quality service but it's being a headache solve something simple.
