I went to credit.com and tried to join, they had an error and I could not join ( thank goodness ). From that point I contacted the company and told them to remove my email address and information from their systems because I did not trust a company that I could not sign up for a service with my personal information and I did not want to hear from them again.

On day, I was sign with creditrepair.com services, I was late with payment on my credit card due to sickness and death of my beloved wife and at same time we are was in major hurricane Harvey The are tell me, how late payment is easy to remove, and that will not take long.
After two years, I was remove most of my late payments without any help from credit repair.com, buy always, the are telling me, how the are working hard to remove everything.
I was also, notarized numerous letter, the are send to me, because, the are tell me, how creditors and credit agency will take my case more seriously.
Every time I was contact creditrepair.com, the are was different story.
Per some agent, XXXX was remove my negative item, and same day is re report once again, per some other agent, different account with XXXX XXXX XXXX, was remove, but the are never show on my report, per other agent, my credit is not in deliquwncy and I don't need hurry up.
I have so many different story from creditrepair.com, that I can write bestseller book In two years with creditrepair.com from Utah, Washington State or Arizona, the are never seriously take my case and help me out.
Also, after I was put pressure on them, the are close my account without my permission or any explanation.
In two years, the are just collect my money for membership, without any help or explanation why they can help me.
After I was done my research on line and also with some ex employee of credit repair.com, some of ex employee, the are tell me, they will not help me or they will take more time to pull as much money as they can.
The are was numerous lies to me just to not help me out, but collect my monthly payment Also, per XXXX agency, creditrepair.com has review of big F, and the are under Federal investigation.

After signing up with Creditrepair.com as advertised by credit.com where we monitor our credit scores they offered a XXXX discount monthly in which was only honored for the first month and signing up my spouse to take advantage of the 50 % off for having multiple accounts. Creditrepair.com informed me after reaching out by their chat feature and calls the discounts are only honored for one month. We continued to use their service despite the mis advertised discounts. As more than 30-45 days passed we noticed little to no updates on the member portal. We have several accounts with dates from XX/XX/30 untouched. We also uploaded documents to assist with the process and no action was taken from XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX! This company purposely did not work on the items uploaded or Items from XXXX but continued to charge me. When I called I got XXXX on the line who told me numerous times use the website. I cant ask the website why work is not done that I am paying for. After some frustration I got to his manager who put in a Heavy documentation dispute. She informed me it is my duty to call after uploading documents and to review them with a CSR. Nowhere on their site or when I called in or in chats was this told to me. After calling and chatting to keep on top of everything I get another manager who tells me I am wrong and my account was opened in XXXX not XXXX and to look at my service agreement. Im looking at the agreement and it states XX/XX/XXXX. She realized she had the wrong account after I confirmed my sensitive information to confirm my identity. She stated I should call daily if I want any work done or she can cancel my account. Very rude and did not take responsibility for her mistake. I am asking for refund for dates from XXXX to current as services not rendered and promised not kept. Delays on their behalf. Rude Managers and no assistance throughout the process.

This complaint concerns Credit.com , Inc., a company which access credit reports and provides them to consumers.
I have tried on multiple occasions to close my account with Credit.com and revoke my authorization to access my credit report. This process has taken many hours and several weeks. I have both tried to use an automated online link to close my account, which has been fruitless ( as discussed in the attached emails and shown by the attached screenshot ), and emailed back and forth several times to try and get support to close the account to no avail.
In doing so, I have repeatedly revoked my written instructions to close the account in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Terms of Service ( in particular, Section 15, which provides that authorization is revoked by " terminating the Service '', which is governed by Section 25, which states that consumers wishing to terminate should contact under Section 17, which provides for customers to contact customer support at support.credit.com, which directs customers to email support@credit.com ) and nonetheless Credit.com has failed to act in accordance with that revoked authorization.
This, in my view, has violated my rights under the Terms of Service and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

1. I signed up with Credit Repair on XX/XX/2020 because I had received notification by email that three late payments had been reported on my credit report.
2. The day I signed up, I was also informed that XXXX XXXX XXXX also had reported late payments. I was surprised because my account with XXXX XXXX was an older account which I thought was closed. Credit Repair explained that they could easily fix these errors on my report.
3. On XX/XX/2020, I called Credit Repair to check on progress and to cancel my account because I did not feel I needed them. I was offered a discount because of the Corona Virus, so I decided to stay with them for a while longer.
4. I received a returned letter from the post office on Saturday XX/XX/2020. The letter was written to XXXX XXXX by someone using my name and social security number. The letter was a single sheet, requesting consideration for a loan but did not include any other information. I did not write the letter however the letter contained information from my credit report. This is scary.
5. I have reached out to Credit Repair in order to cancel our account. I was advised by Credit Repair to contact Social Security, in addition to making this report.

I called and set up services with credit repair.com on XX/XX/2020 as a result of issues I was having resolving a dispute on my own with XXXX. I called XXXX and confirmed the dispute I submitted prior to contacting creditrepair.com was resolved and they would send me a copy of my credit report and letter of resolve.
I contacted Creditrepair.com on XX/XX/2020 to cancel my account prior to them taking out my first payment on XX/XX/2020 for {$110.00}. According to my account, nothing has been done on their end other than accessing my credit reports and setting up my account. The representative then attempted to offer reducing my monthly payment to {$69.00} if I continued services with them because I had 3 other settled accounts that could be removed. I kindly declined just requested to close the account and if I needed them, I would call back.
They then said they would still continue to process my payment of {$110.00} although they have done nothing to repair my credit and performed no services on my behalf in 5 days worth {$110.00} other than a 30 minute phone call setting up my account. They didnt even offer to prorate the payment, but offered to reduce the payment if I stayed with them.

I signed up for creditrepair.com amidst also diligently working on my credit on my own. They sold me on a dream where they could remove negative remarks on my account. Now since I had already been working on it, since then 2 accounts have been removed - this is because I PAID THEM OFF and or DISPUTED them on MY OWN. In no way did this company have anything to do with it. The dispute they did send out on my behalf generated a DECREASE in my credit score which is unacceptable. Additionally, When I initially signed up, I paid a fee to have my credit pulled then was offered a {$50.00} coupon for the first month 's services ( a reduction of about 50 % ). Despite reminding the onboarding agent multiple times of the coupon I was still charged the full amount. When I called in for a refund, they offered me a coupon for the following month. Now that I want to cancel and receive the {$50.00} refund I would be owed, that is suddenly not possible because I would be paying for the work already done - even though this upcoming payment would be my third in 6 weeks? Very very suspicious business practices.

On XX/XX/2023 I was sent a 'welcome ' email from credit.com which also prompted me to set up a new password.
I reached out to credit.com support email with the following message : " I don't know how this account got created, nor did I consent for an account to be created for me and use all the personal information you have about me. '' After several back and forth emails ( currently the chain sits at 23 ) over the course of weeks, credit.com first refused to remove my account, then claimed the account would be removed within XXXX business days, and now refuses to answer the emails I have sent notifying them that I am still getting their spam messages ( and therefore the fraudulent account data still exists within their system ).
Today I was also notified that a fraudulent checking account at XXXX XXXX had been opened with my name and information attached. I don't know if the fraud maintained at credit.com is associated with this new identity theft, but the refusal of credit.com to remove my information after repeated requests could have led to this disastrous outcome.

I Have noticed that I have loans and accounts that are appearing on my XXXX XXXX account that I didn't complete. I used a system called credit repair and was under the impression they were fixing my credit. After applying for a loan as a first-time buyer I discovered that I was denied more than once. I was sent fake updates and credit reports that made me believe that Credit repair was actually fixing my credit. Then started to get reports that I would qualify for refinance loans shortly after that. All of which I never applied for. This becomes a big head ace because I thought i was working on fixing my credit but in fact, was just scammed. While in search of a new home i use XXXX XXXX as a place to find local homeowners that were selling their homes. In the search on the XXXX marketplace, i was charged XXXX XXXX which would lead to multiple charges. This was to seal my credit card information. this was to apply for reaccuring payments on my account. This left me wiped out and destroyed my finances. On XX/XX/2020 I heard a radio commercial and called CreditRepair.com regarding an item on my three credit reports. The person I spoke with at that time seemed sympathetic with my situation and assured me that Credit Repair .com could certainly help. He stated that it may take some time, perhaps three months. I signed up and let them do their thing. Now five months later and after almost {$600.00}, they have not been successful, and in fact have simply sent out form letters every month as " challenges ''. I spoke with them to terminate my subscription and felt like a complete loser that I had given them so much money. Now they say that not only will they not credit me back any of the funds, but they bill in arrears and I have more charges coming. I signed up with Creditrepair.com which is also know as XXXX in XXXX of this year. They agreed to fix my credit for a certain amount amount each month which was drafted from my checking account each month until XX/XX/2022. I made a call to my bank to stop payments to the company. My credit has not improved I feel my credit had gotten worse since signing up with the company. I asked them several times to show me where my credit has improved I was told that things was going to start coming off my credit and the scores would improve. I assured them if I don't see a change I would cancel the service. I even sent them several emails asking them not to take anymore money from my account when I became unhappy that my credit did not change. I also have proof the funds was taken out of my account. I was able to attach the proof blew. I am filling a compliant because I would like a full refund from this company in hopes to repair my credit on my own.

The company, creditrepair.com, charged me {$69.00} per month with the promise of improving my credit score. However, they failed to deliver the services they advertised. In fact, they did not take any meaningful action to help me increase my credit score. I recently received a letter from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau stating that they have closed their filing against the company in XX/XX/2023.
Due to the company 's failure to provide the services promised, I requested a refund for the amount I paid. However, the company rejected my request. XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX from the billing department. Agent states I was enrolled on XX/XX/XXXX and paid twice XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX in the amount {$99.00}. XX/XX/XXXX I upgrade my plan to repair advance {$110.00}. My services was ended on XX/XX/XXXX. I ended my services with them, they were doing absolutely nothing to improve my credit report. I felt advantage of. I would call to get updates on my services, nobody from CreditRepair.com didn't provide me with no information. The only time call me was to collect my payment. This company is money hungry and lazy

I signed up for Credit Repair.com in XXXX of 2021 - my billing cycle renews on the XXXX of the month.
Today, the XXXX I called wanting to cancel The guy of course tried to keep me on board and I told him I wanted to cancel ( XXXX was his name ) Then he told me that after the final invoice that bills on the XXXX is received they will cancel - they are trying to get another month out of me.
I told him that this was incorrect and that I would report them to you guys.
They intend to process payment tomorrow which I will have my bank deny.

I signed up for credit monitoring on credit.com and they charged me for a free trial twice overdrafting my account they later refunded me but didnt pay my overdraft fee so I requested to cancel my account and they will not cancel it and Im fearful they will charge me again and also I didnt authorize them to link my debit card to a credit service that report my utility payments so they reported my payment and it decreased my credit score

credit.com registered an account using my identity without permission, set up a payment method without my consent, and was on the verge of charging me exorbitant monthly fees for their services if I hadn't caught it. I had to visit credit.com, click on 'forgot password ' as I never signed up there originally, create a new password, access my account, and find how to switch the plan to basic which doesn't require any payments.
