I hired Proficio Financial Services of XXXX XXXX to collect a judgment in XXXX of last year with the agreement that they would maintain consistent communication with me. After not hearing from them and they not responding to messages I fired them in XXXX and took action as a XXXX XXXX XXXX. In my work ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) I attempted to contact the debtors liability insurance carrier at which time I discovered that Proficio was still trying to collect the debt, had actually collected money from the debtor, and had failed to contact me or send me any of the money collected. I contacted Proficio and was told by an employee that they were in fact attempting to collect on the debt and the debtor had made 2 payments. I contacted the owner and was initially told the debtor had blocked their number. When I told him I had evidence that they were still trying to collect on a debt that I had fired them from and I was aware that they had been paid, I was told the debtor had made one payment and that it was my fault that I " lost '' the check. When I emphasized that I was aware of multiple payments the owner told me I was wrong. I told him to stop working on collecting the debt and to send my money. I have evidence that 2 payments were made and that the only reason I got any money from Proficio was because they got caught. There is an old adage in the investigative field that says ; If you catch them one time there is most likely 10 times they got away with it. I can not guarantee that they have stopped attempting to collect this debt. I contacted the debtor to let him know not to send any more money to Proficio.

On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I spoke to XXXX XXXX and paid off XXXX invoices that XXXX had past due. At that time I let him know that I thought it was a XXXX month contract and that I would be contacting XXXX to go over the invoices since we did n't use their services for XXXX and XXXX. I left a message for XXXX XXXX to return my call to discuss. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I received another e-mail from XXXX with an email letting me know that it was XXXX months and I informed him again at that time that I was still going to fight it since we have n't used the service. He then proceeded to send me a hostile email that was rude and unprofessional. Once I read it I called him and asked him why he was so rude and unprofessional in the email. I let him know that I was contacting the company and trying to get it squared away. He just laughed and said he didnt give a XXXX!! Was screaming and yelling at me and then said he turn us into XXXX and XXXX. As you can see in the email his tone, rudeness and tactics of trying to intimidate. He should be shut down or fined for his behavior. If this is how he is threating people and companies I would never want this company working for me or anyone else I know

I have received a couple phone calls from a company named Proficio Financial services regarding a debt of {$500.00}, plus some additional fees. I am currently out of town, and intend to request proof of the validity of this debt as I have no record of owing this amount, nor does it show on my credit report. Today, XX/XX/2018, I received a call from them at XXXX but was unable to answer at that time. They then called again at XXXX and the representative claimed to know my grandmother, including using her correct name, and said they would call her to see if we were related, or I could return their call. I sent an email through their contact us page on their website stating that I will not be taking any of their calls at this point, all contact with me must be done by email, and that I am filing a complaint regarding their actions.

XXXX XXXX in XXXX reposed a vehicle from me. The loan was through XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX sold the automobile after repossession from their car lot instead of auctioning it. XXXX XXXX then sent me to collections saying I owed them {$5000.00} and Proficio Financial in XXXX XXXX Washington reported the debt on my XXXX report as owing over {$14000.00}. After receiving notice of my complaint, Proficio reported to the Washington State attorney general that they had made an " input '' error. I disputed the debt with Proficio and they have mailed me nothing to show the debt is valid. XXXX XXXX is acting like hteye are a lender not a car dealer and this is harassment from them. They also illegally repossessed the car in the first month I owned it because they " forgot to take it of the repo list '' At that time I was current on my contract.

I called Proficio financial service to provide me with contract or contractual agreement between me and all XXXX XXXX XXXX They didnt because I dont have an agreement with them. They were supposed to get an approval from the insurance company before start doing any work. The insurance company approved {$3800.00}. And the business sent them a check in that amount. I asked Proficio financial services to provide me the agreement or Estimate or signed contract binding me to the claimed debt that I dont owe. They didnt. It is a scam. This the fourth complaint against Proficio financial services and all XXXX XXXX XXXX asking them to provide the contract for this false debt. They were sending me invoices that I never approved or authorized. My signature is not on them to bind me to this debt because I never approved it.

Proficio financial services were asked of the contract binding me to the debt that all pro tree care tried to coerce me to pay a debt I dont owe. All XXXX XXXX XXXX and Proficio financial services try to coerce me to pay for a debt I never agreed on. I filed Identity theft report with the us government because they are trying to coerce me to pay for the debt I dont owe. They are destroying my credit. I will be seeking a legal help from an attorney because they are ignoring my request to stop reporting this on my credit report. There is no agreement or contract binding me to the false debt. All they provide is an invoice that I never agreed on and I never acknowledged.

I was not notified ( ever ) about a debt from a company that I have done business with. I have paid this company over 7 thousand dollars in the last 2 years for service, they ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) never notified me of a debt that I owed from 2017 after I recently paid them for maintenance and repairs for a vessel. I recently noticed a debt for {$2000.00} plus on my credit report. I was never notified and I never received anything in the mail what so ever. This has severely impacted my ability to access credit or buy a home due to this false owed amount. This is illegal. This violates multiple consumer protection and federal trade commission rules.

this person called me repeatedly throughout the day on both cell phone and work phone for multiple days. When I called them back she accused me of harassing them because my phone cut out and I had to call them twice. The lady screamed at me on the phone, and was abusive toward me. When I told her she was being rude to me she said that I was just trying to talk over her she kept yelling at me over and over would let me get a word in edgewise and finally hung up on me without taking payment. Her final words to me where " call back when you decide to pay your bills ''. I 've never dealt with someone so vitriolic before- I 'm still shaking.

Several issues to include in my complaint for Proficio. 1. The company contacted multiple third party 's ( my old landlord & boss ) on several occasions. They disclosed the alleged debt I owed and made derogatory statements about me personally. 2. Proficio Financial Service never sent me a letter notifying me of my right to dispute the amount owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 3. I personally disputed the debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, for legal services owed, at the time the invoice was received however XXXX XXXX never replied to my letter of dispute.

Proficio financial services and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX claimed that the business I was running back in XXXX did not pay them the insurance money that the insurance authorized. the business never received any contract or estimate from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They submitted the invoice to the insurance company. and the Insurance company approved only {$3800.00}. The business paid them what the insurance approved. They are trying to scam me for {$4400.00}. I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX anything. They got paid what the insurance approved.

XXXXl XXXX XXXX XXXX were paid the whole amount from the insurance company, they stated that the business did not pay them the money from the insurance company, Proficio financial services claimed the business I was managing kept the money that the insurance company paid. Proficio Financial Services has listed an amount owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1800.00} original amount ; {$2200.00} owed as of XX/XX/2020. I recently saw this reported on my credit report, listed under accounts for collection. Proficio Financial Services never provided me a formal letter notifying me of my right to dispute such debt. This debt is not valid and I request it be immediately removed from my credit report. Thank you.
