In XX/XX/XXXX i was approved for a business loan with XXXX. My XXXX shortly after tool a financial loss that resulted in closer due to damages from multiple natural disasters that took place between XXXX and XXXX.
XXXX has been reporting on my credit reports as a collection debt and is now being reported as a new collection under a different company so it appears on my credit report as a double debt.
I like to have this business debt removed from my personal credit report.
This collection is causing it to be default to be approved for rental properties to live.

I've received bills from what now is Professional Services of # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. This is a fraudulent company that overcharges and my insurance doesn't pay the exorbitant amount which is out and out deceptive. I have records of payment made and it was {$1400.00} for this and now {$2100.00}. I am arguing my insurance has paid and this is not owed. The company has numerous addresses and I don't believe it's legitimate.

Professional services sent a me a letter demanding payment of XXXX I sent a Debt validation letter on XX/XX/2021 certified mail. I didn't obtain nothing, but they kept calling and sending me threatening letters about league action, in my Debt validation letter I reminded them that under the fair credit act I was requesting that no contact should be made, I gave them 30 days.
