My name is XXXX XXXX, I live with my sister-in-law, XXXX XXXX and my Husband XXXX XXXX, we have been renting together for 4 years and finally were able to purchase a home. We found a home in XXXX XXXX California, XXXX XXXX as a Realtor for XXXX XXXX placed an offer on the property in question on XX/XX/2018 with a closing date of XX/XX/2018. XXXX XXXX was the purchaser originally. XXXX appplied for a mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX California XXXX, this is a lender XXXX worked with on a Wholesale relationship thru Professional Mortgage Associates his Wholesale Mortgage Broker, he is a Realtor and Loan Agent for PMA. XXXX XXXX XXXX after approving the loan and knowing the dynamics of this loan as far as applicant relationships rejected the loan because they did not want the Buyer to be related to the Realtor since that is her sister, therefore we suggested I buy the property since we all live together it did not matter to us, but they rejected that as well since I am married to the Realtor, then they refused to work with PMA as the broker since XXXX also works fro PMA and rightful so since his Broker 's License does not exclude him from doing so. Therefore we had to apply with a different Broker and pay unnecessary fees for the loan because XXXX was not able to do it in his name. Then they came back one more time and disallowed XXXX from representing me XXXX, because we were married. Therefore we had to find a Realtor to represent us and a broker to do the loan increasing our costs to acquire this loan, and keeping XXXX from earning a compensation for the Real Estate Transaction. Then ... they had me backdate documents after closing of the loan for " compliance '' I am speaking of all initial disclosures, LE etc..we know better but at this point we had a XXXX in escrow that the seller were threatening to take since we removed the contingency, furthermore this was a serious loan since we put 30 % down payment on a XXXX purchase. We were tormented thru the process, required to pay additional fees and forced to give up compensation for Real Estate. this was a disregard for RESPA and Fair Lending etc ... Please help
